The winger had asked Tems about her idols growing up, but when she mentioned Celine Dion, the Arsenal star claimed he didn’t know the iconic singer.

Saka: “You said you were nine when you started singing. Did you have any idols or singers you loved?”

Tems: “I loved Celine Dion.”

Saka: “I don’t know who that is.”

Tems: “You don’t know who Celine Dion is?”

Saka: “No. Is that bad?”

Tems: “Oh, my gosh. Celine Dion!”

Have Self-Control, Be Careful With Women You Give Appointments — VeryDarkMan Sends Messages To IGP Disu (Video)

Following the formal confirmation of Olatunji Disu as the Inspector General of Police (IGP), social commentator and activist VeryDarkMan has issued a warning concerning appointments within the police hierarchy, particularly those involving female officers.

He stated this in a video posted via his instagram handle on Thursday.

Speaking on the state of the police force, VeryDarkMan said: “The previous Inspector General of Police is the worst IG in history. His regime single handedly ruined the Nigerian Police Force. The kind of atrocities and injustice that were done from his office were crazy.”

He singled out a female officer, identified as Buki, a PSO Two, allegedly accusing her of abusing her power

“Imagine, a PSO Two officer arresting people in Wuse Market and claiming they stole her gold worth N2 billion. Where do you get that kind of money? Nigerians cannot understand the kind of corruption that has passed through her hands.”

On the impact of such misconduct, he added, “A lot of people could not get justice under the previous IG’s tenure because of her. Even police officers had their promotions delayed she could decide who gets promoted or not. It’s so sad.”

Advising the new IGP directly, VeryDarkMan urged caution and vigilance.

“Sir, I have a direct message to you have self-control. You must be very careful with the women you put in your office. If you know anybody in your office who might spoil ongoing cases, call them out immediately.”

He also praised Olatunji’s past leadership as Commissioner of Police in the FCT Command.

“I was fortunate to bring cases to your office when you were CP, and I won’t lie those cases went smoothly. That’s why I’m confident you can restore integrity in the force.

“Be careful, be very careful. The Nigerian Police Force has suffered enough. History must not repeat itself under your watch.”

Pastor Chris Okafor, a popular Nigerian cleric of Mountain of Liberty and Miracle Ministry, has withdrawn the apology he earlier issued to actress Doris Ogala for his alleged years-long secret romance with her.

The actress called out the clergyman last year for dumping her after promising her marriage in their eight years of sexual relationship.

The saga broke out after a video clip of the clergyman engaging a young lady surfaced on social media.

Doris Ogala, who demanded compensation, further accused the cleric of involvement in scandalous and criminal activities.

Amid the controversy, Okafor gave the actress $10,000, which she said was too small compared to the evidence she has against him.

Following the development, Okafor during a Sunday service, tendered an open apology to Doris Ogala and begged her and other women he had hurt for forgiveness.

Recall that despite the apology, the actress continues to drag Okafor.

However in a new development, Chris Okafor made U-turn and withdrew his apology, claiming that he apologized to her due to pressure from those around him.

While referring to her as Jezebel, Okafor in a now trending video on social media, told his congregation that he will resolve the matter legally.

“There’s no apology for what I didn’t do or for someone I haven’t met face to face. I was pressured by people I called friends but who are not.

“Firstly, the reason why I apologised was that the fathers of faith were being dragged. And I did not want them to be dragged. Pastor Bishop Abioye, and Matthew,” he said.

Revealing why he went on his knees to apologise to her, he said “I knelt down because of those fathers. Not because of any Jezebel anywhere.”

Recall that Okafor’s second daughter, Amara alleged plan to press charges against him for assault and abuse.

In a post she shared on social media last night, Yinka wrote; ‘’I say this for everyone. It was NOT a lack of love that ended my relationship with Linc. It was his inability to stand against bullies. That is why I can’t be upset with him but I agree with many, every good woman deserves better.

“So please stop saying he tried to use me. He did not. Things happened behind the scene that none of you will ever know. Our relationship is over but don’t label him an opportunist. It was not Mary or her followers that ended my relationship.

“God brought lots to the forefront through this saga. I am thankful to God. I am the kind of woman who will rather go down fighting than give in to a bunch of unhappy, mean people. I am now praying for that special man God has for me.

“The good thing is, I now have a list & if that list is not met, it is a no go for me. Things happen to stir us away from disaster. My support for Ezedike and Judy has nothing to do with Linc.

“Unless you taste of what people are going though, you can NEVER be a strong supporter. Again, I say, “Thank you Jesus”. Linc was merely a bait God used to get me to where I am today. My support for this beautiful couple is unwavering and stronger than it has ever been!! So help me God!!!”

Olayode, on Instagram, emphasised that while asking the Holy Spirit for assistance is acceptable, captions referencing personal attributes such as weight or physical appearance are wrong, citing examples like “Holy Spirit no carry me because of my big nyash”.

She questioned whether those using the trend understand who they are addressing and urged respect and reverence towards the Holy Spirit.

She wrote, “It’s absolutely okay for us to ask the Holy Spirit to carry us; that’s a powerful prayer and a beautiful song. 

“What I don’t quite understand are some of the captions that are turning it into a cruise. Seeing captions like Holyspirit no carry me because of my big nyash, because I get weight, because he no like small things, makes me cringe.

Do we know who we’re talking about here? The Holyspirit?!

“Please, let’s be careful. Let’s not reduce something sacred to a joke. Please, let’s honour and revere the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not for trends or a punchline for attention. Let’s honour Him.

“I know we like to joke and catch cruise online, and sometimes it’s really just vibes. But I’ve been feeling a bit uncomfortable; we Christians take too many things with levity. People of other religions wouldn’t dare mention the name of their prophet or god without honour. We throw the name of JESUS around with no regard for the Holy Spirit? No, please, it’s a No! No!

World-famous boxer, Anthony Joshua has been steadily progressing in his recovery, undergoing intensive rib treatment months after surviving a serious car accident in Nigeria.

The 36-year-old heavyweight was involved in a fatal accident on December 29, just ten days after defeating YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in Miami.

While Joshua survived the crash, the tragedy claimed the lives of two of his close associates — his childhood friend and personal trainer Kevin “Latz” Ayodele, and his long-time recovery therapist Sina Ghami.

Since the incident, the former world champion has been undergoing steady rehabilitation. He recently shared images on Snapchat showing what appeared to be painful rib therapy sessions as part of his recovery routine.

He wrote: “Rehabilitation protocol. When you go thru certain things, you realise that you are stronger than you think you are.”

Ayodele, widely known as “Latz,” had been part of Joshua’s inner circle for years, while Ghami played a key role in managing the boxer’s physical conditioning and recovery throughout his career.

Joshua continues to focus on rebuilding his strength as he works his way back to full fitness following the traumatic ordeal.
