Women Cheat More, But They Know How To Hide It – Actress Toke Makinwa Says (Video)

Nigerian actress and media personality Toke Makinwa has weighed in on the perceived double standards surrounding infidelity between men and women.

Speaking in a recent episode of her Toke Moments podcast, the movie star claimed that women cheat more than men but more discreet.

She explained that it is easier for women to cheat unlike men, who have to spend resources, efforts and time to do so.

Makinwa explained that the realisation that women can also cheat makes her not to regard cheating as a dealbreaker.

She said, “Cheating is not a dealbreaker for me but it comes with a caveat. When I say it some people think that I am encouraging cheating. No. As I grow older, I realised that it is not just men who can cheat. Why are we making these men feel so special as if it is only them?

“Do you know how easy it is for a woman to cheat? It is even easier for us. But men will spend money, efforts and time to cheat.

“But we, we are the ones receiving. It is easier for women to cheat. You know, we have work boyfriend. A woman not cheating is not because she cannot cheat, it is probably because she has one thing you lack, it is strength.

“Women cheat more, but they know how to hide it.”

VDM: “I give you 24 hours to apologize to him” – Doris Ogala steps in, berates Pastor Chris Okafor over lawsuit

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has waded into the heated drama between popular cleric, Pastor Chris Okafor, and social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), issuing a 24-hour ultimatum to the pastor.

Actress Steps Into Ongoing Controversy

Doris Ogala’s intervention has intensified public attention on the issue, as she demanded that Pastor Okafor withdraw his lawsuit against VDM and tender a public apology or face further “exposure.”

She made this bold declaration in a video shared on her Instagram page, where she addressed the pastor directly.

The actress said: “Is it true that Pastor Chris Okafor’s lawyer has filed a lawsuit against VeryDarkMan? If it is, I’m giving Pastor Chris Okafor not more than 24 hours to apologise.”

Background of the Legal Dispute

Pastor Chris Okafor’s legal representatives recently confirmed that they are proceeding with a defamation case against VDM.

The move follows VDM’s viral interviews with a lady identified as Miss Chi, who claims to be the pastor’s biological daughter.

The cleric has firmly dismissed the allegation, insisting that DNA results prove otherwise.

Ogala Questions Motive Behind Lawsuit

In her statement, Doris Ogala described the lawsuit as an unnecessary and questionable move, calling it a “misstep” and warning that the action could backfire.

She hinted that she possesses more information that could complicate matters for the cleric if the case is not withdrawn.

Previous Allegations Resurface

The actress also reignited past claims where she alleged she had a romantic relationship with Pastor Okafor for years.

She accused him of making marital promises and allegedly influencing her personal decisions.

Pastor Okafor’s Legal Team Reacts

Lawyers representing Pastor Okafor have insisted that their client is the real victim, stating that he has been subjected to defamation, cyberbullying, and damaging false narratives.

They maintain that the legal action against VDM is essential to defend his reputation and ministry.

The observation is undeniable: casino jackpots are taking over Nigerian social media timelines. Winner screenshots, jackpot discussions, strategy debates—it’s everywhere. What was once a niche interest has become a mainstream talking point in Nigeria’s digital entertainment space.

This isn’t happening in isolation. The same infrastructure that brought football administration into public awareness—digital platforms, social media, mobile access—is now driving jackpot popularity. Nigerians who follow NFF developments and NPFL fixtures are on the same phones exploring casino games.
Let’s break down why casino jackpots are capturing Nigeria’s attention.

Online casino jackpots are gaining popularity in Nigeria

The Jackpot Appeal Explained

The Football Administration Connection

Understanding football administration in Nigeria—NFF structures, league governance, club ownership—has indirectly raised awareness about betting and gaming industries. Both sectors operate within regulatory frameworks. Both intersect with Nigerian entertainment.

How football awareness connects to gaming:

  • Sports betting introduced many to gaming platforms
  • Platform familiarity leads to casino exploration
  • Regulatory awareness (NLRC) builds trust in licensed platforms
  • Digital engagement with sports extends to casino games

The Casino Experience

Beyond jackpots, the full Bangbet online casino offers a variety that keeps Nigerian players engaged:

Winner Stories Drive Interest

Nothing fuels jackpot popularity like winner stories. Bangbet jackpot stories feature real Nigerian winners—their experiences, their reactions, and their winnings. These stories spread across social media, each one planting the jackpot notion in new minds.

Why Stories Matter

  • Relatability – Winners are ordinary Nigerians
  • Proof – Documented wins with screenshots
  • Virality—Stories spread naturally through sharing
  • Inspiration—”If they can win, why not me?”

Responsible Gaming

As jackpots grow more popular, responsible gaming becomes essential. Licensed platforms operating under NLRC oversight provide tools and resources for healthy play. Smart players use them.

Responsible Gaming Practices

  • Set Budgets—Only play with entertainment money
  • Use Limits—Platform deposit and loss limits exist for a reason
  • Take Breaks – Don’t play when stressed or upset
  • Know the Odds—Jackpots are random, not strategies
  • Seek Help – Support resources available if needed

Market Observation

Casino jackpots have found their place in Nigeria’s online gaming scene. The combination of mobile access, social sharing, documented winners, and platform variety has created sustained interest. This isn’t a passing trend—it’s a market reality.

Platforms competing for Nigerian attention continue improving jackpot offerings. Players benefit from this competition through better games, bigger prizes, and improved experiences.
