Popular Nigerian singer/dancer, Korra Obidi has fired back at trolls who accused her of marrying her estranged husband, Justin Dean for his money, revealing that she paid him after their divorce was finalised.

Days after she bought her new house, some social media users claimed that she married her American Chiropractor ex-husband for his money.

Some were of the opinion that Korra Obidi after making enough money from his ex-white husband and the father of his children, decided to divorce him and live the American life she has always wanted.

However, during a Facebook live session, the dancer cleared the air while addressing the misconceptions regarding her marriage and ex-husband.

According to her, she met her ex-hubby in China where their love affair started. However, during the marriage ceremony, she paid half of her bride’s price. She further revealed that she also paid Justin $50,000 in the settlement after the divorce.

“Marry your mother if you don’t trust your wife” – Peter Okoye slams men rejoicing over Achraf Hakimi and wife divorce drama

Veteran musician, Peter Okoye has knocked excited men praising popular footballer, Achraf Hakimi outsmarting his wife in their divorce case.

News of the Moroccan footballer, Achraf Hakimi and his wife’s divorce had made headlines after it was found that the Achraf had little to his name.

The football player had apparently been stacking 80% of his income into his mum’s account and had his other properties in her name.

Many men (and some women) have rejoiced over Achraf’s wit while others have slammed him for distrusting his wife in the first place.

Peter Okoye who also reacted to this had said that a man shouldn’t marry his wife if he doesn’t trust her because the man shouldn’t expect his wife to suffer after divorce by not sharing any asset with her.

However, critics have attacked and slammed down his opinion.

Peter psquare however doubled down as he asked them to go marry their mother if they do not trust their wives.

He wrote:

“Make all of una go marry una Mama!… no time!😂 Since Hakimi sense wan ki una🤣😂🤣😂.”

In another post, he wrote:

“I didn’t insult anybody! I only aired my opinion! And if you are not ok with it, it’s fine! But that doesn’t give you any right to insult me or any member of my family on my page! So BLOCKING YOU is the only option! Feel free to join dem after all i no Dey feed u! #MyPageMyData”

Jigan Baba Oja withdraws case against Asake, calls him ‘blood brother’ after receiving alert

Popular Nollywood actor, Jigan Baba Oja withdraws his legal case against the famous Afrobeat singer, Asake, as he receives compensation.

Jigan had threatened to file a defamatory case against the single for making fun of his disability in the lyrics of one of his tracks.

In a follow-up post on Instagram, Jigan shared a snapshot of a credit alert either Asake’s full name on it while confirming that he has been compensated for the ill lyrics. He pressed on to urge his supporters to withdraw from attacking the singer and everything he stands for.

“Asake ti tewo! No one in this world should ever fight him over me again! God go punish anyone that fights! Asake for me!! Good night lovers!! Mr. Money thank you @asakemusic,” he wrote.

In a video, Jigan referred to Asake as his blood brother, while emphasizing that he recently found out that they’re related and once again encouraged his fans to back down.

If You Don’t Trust Your Wife, Don’t Marry – Peter Okoye Reacts To Achraf Hakimi’s Divorce Saga

Superstar Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, has reacted to the divorce saga of Moroccan footballer, Achraf Hakimi.

Recall that, Achraf Hakimi’s wife, Hiba Abouk filed for divorce after the footballer allegedly cheated on her while she and their children were away in Dubai and is allegedly demanding half of his assets.

However, she was informed by the lawyers that her husband has no legal assets, as all his properties are in his mother’s name.

In response to the scandal, Peter Okoye stated that he does not understand why men are celebrating this story.

He believes that people should not marry women they do not trust, unless they expect their wife to suffer after the divorce.

“#MyOwnViewsAndOpinion I don’t understand why most men are rejoicing over this Hakimi story? Like I don’t get it.

The truth is bitter but needs to be told. If you don’t trust her then don’t marry as simple as that. Or are you expecting your wife to suffer after divorce?” he wrote.

Self-acclaimed Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has lambasted crossdresser, Bobrisky for saying he misses his friendship with former bestie, Tonto Dikeh.

In a recent interview with Toke Makinwa, Bobrisky confessed that he regrets having a rift with Tonto and he misses her friendship.

Uche berated Bobrisky and told him off for betraying Tonto Dikeh despite the fact that she had been good to him.

According to Uche, Tonto Dikeh had been the one who brought Bobrisky to limelight and had accepted him the way he was, while other celebs avoided him.

Nigerian comedian and actor, AY Makun is extending the olive branch to his colleague, Basketmouth, following their long-time beef.

It would be recalled that AY had in an interview addressed their 17-year beef and how it was birthed after which Basketmouth refused to submit to his call for a resolution.

In a recent comedy show, the issue was tabled once again as the comedian whose real name is Richard Makun sent a note of peace offering.

He stated that their relationship is not beef while sighting examples like the case of Tupac Shakur and B.I.G in the 1990s which can be called such.

AY Makun concluded the show by saying, “if you see Basketmouth, tell him he’s my gee for life.”

BBTitans: It’s Pure Evil To Downgrade And Chastise Khosi’s Win — Uti Nwachukwu

Popular Nigerian actor, Uti Nwachukwu has taken a swipe at those trolling Khosi after she emerged winner of the BBTitans show.

It would be recalled that after weeks on the show, Khosi won, beating the remaining 23 housemates to the $100,000M grand prize.

Following her win, there have been speculations of bias and favouritism on how the show organizers intentionally favoured the South African star over others.

Addressing the allegations, Uti Nwachukwu argued that the win was well-deserved while emphasizing how Khosi delivered quality content.

In a post via Twitter, he wrote;

“Those upset that KHOSI won #BBTitans it’s pure evil to continuously try to downgrade & chastise the victory of someone who absolutely deserved it. U have to understand that BBAfrica viewers are not sentimental. They reward those who possess a Clear balance of entertainment Value.”

In another post, Uti Nwachukwu addressed the claims of being paid by BBTitans organizers to defend Khosi’s win.

Tiwa Savage Escapes Kidnap Attempt

Superstar Nigerian singer/songwriter, Tiwa Savage recently escaped an attempted kidnap.

The incident happened on Thursday in Lagos State.

Her management disclosed this in a statement issued via her verified Instagram page on Friday.

According to the statement, some suspects have been arrested and are “currently being held under investigation at Alagbon Police Station, Ikoyi.”

It added that Savage and her family are safe.

Meanwhile, self-acclaimed investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, alleged that the singer’s new driver masterminded the kidnap attempt alongside his cohorts.

In a post shared via her Instagram page, Olunloyo claimed that the kidnappers trailed the singer for days before they were caught and handed over to the police.

She said Tiwa Savage’s new driver was the informant to the kidnappers.

She warned celebrities to be wary of their domestic staff.

Footballer, Hakimi Outsmarts Ex-Wife With The Help Of His Mother After She Demanded More Than Half Of His Wealth

Moroccan defender, Achraf Hakimi has outwitted his ex-wife, Hiba Abouk with the help of his mother after she demanded more than half of the footballer’s wealth following divorce.

It was gathered that the Spanish actress took the PSG star to court to finalise the settlements.

The 36-year-old Abouk demanded more than half of Hakimi’s assets and fortune during the proceedings.

However, the Moroccan has managed to save his wealth in a surprising turn of events. Hakimi had named all his assets with his mother as the benefactor.

80% of Hakimi’s monthly PSG salary, which amounts to around 1 million Euros goes to his mother.

The 24-year-old right-back outsmarted his ex-wife Abouk, in her move to claim half of his wealth through a divorce.

Abouk, was expecting an equal share of his €70 million worth should the call for separation go through but was shocked to find out the PSG star had no cars, houses, jewelry, properties in his name including clothes.

Following the recent sexual assault allegations against Hakimi, the Morrocan’s relationship with Abouk had begun deteriorating.

The Spanish actress had said that they had grown apart even before the accusations but they were the final straw.

She did not publicly defend her husband when the allegations began and that could be a major pointer towards their struggling relationship.

On March 3, 2023, Hakimi was accused by an investigating judge in Paris over an allegation of rape and placed under judicial supervision.

He was forbidden from contacting his alleged victim but allowed to leave French territory.

Hakimi’s lawyer, Fanny Colin, however, said the player “strongly denied accusations made against himself.”

The couple has never publicly shared the story of how they met.

The Spanish actress and Morrocan International have two children together, both boys, born in 2020 and 2022.

Bayern Munich Star Leroy Sane ‘Asked Club Not To Sack Sadio Mane’ After He Punched Him In The Face

It has been reported that Bayern Munich star Leroy Sane told the club chiefs not to sack team-mate Sadio Mane.
This comes after the Senegalese star punched him in the face during a furious row after their defeat to Manchester City.
Mane punched his team-mate in the face in the aftermath of their disappointing defeat at City in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final at the Etihad on Tuesday.
The former Liverpool winger, 31, was suspended by the club on Thursday after both he and Sane held a meeting with Bayern chiefs.
There had been reports that Oliver Kahn and Hasan Salihamidžić were contemplating sacking Mane for his actions, but his team-mate Sane pleaded on his behalf.
According to BILD, Sane asked the club not the terminate the contract of Mane and asked for the winger not to be handed a ‘severe punishment’.
They also claim that, for the German international, ‘the topic is now closed’.
The same German outlet reported both Sane and Mane were present for a meeting held between the club’s bosses on Thursday morning.
Both players were seen taking part in the team’s training session and were pictured jogging metres away from one another.
Hours after those pictures emerged, the club announced their decision to suspend the forward. ‘Sadio Mané , 31, will not be in the FC Bayern squad for the home game against 1899 Hoffenheim next Saturday,’ Bayern said.
 
‘The reason is misconduct by Mane after FC Bayern’s Champions League game at Manchester City. In addition, Mane will receive a fine.’
