In a post on his Instagram story, Rudeboy adviced his followers to prioritize buying a house over renting one.
He stressed that the fear of landlords can lead to disrespect and a feeling of being trapped.
He wrote; “See ehh… No matter what you do in life, make sure you work so hard to avoid rent. Because that’s a lifetime freedom. Get yours. It doesn’t matter where or the location. The fear of landlords is the beginning of disrespect and see finish. Get yours. That will be the beginning of your financial freedom.”

At least four staff members of Areago Community High School in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, have been arrested following a clash between the school’s students and local residents.
Daily Post reports that conflict broke out between the students of the secondary school and residents of its neighbourhood.
It was learnt that four staff of the school among whom are a Vice Principal (Administration), Mr. Ajayi; two senior teachers, Mr. Oladeji and Mr. Adekunle; and a day guard in the school have been arrested.
It was learnt that those arrested were being detained at Owode Divisional Police Station, Ogbomoso.
It was gathered that trouble started on Thursday following an altercation between some students of the school and some women residents in the neighbourhood who attempted to pass through the school premises on commercial motorcycle.
The residents were prevented by the students because the parent-teacher association (PTA) of the school had embarked on erection of perimeter fence.
A teacher in the school who spoke on the condition of anonymity said that construction of the fence became imperative because the school has become porous.
He added that a lot of untoward things are daily recorded in the school as a result of porosity of the school.
It was reliably gathered that the four staff would be released on bail
Daily Post reports on Saturday that the concerned stakeholders are making efforts to settle the matter amicably.
