Revealed: Someone claims Wunmi did multiple DNA tests

Popular journalist, Stella Dimokokorkus stirs surprise as she claims that late Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi allegedly did multiple DNA tests that she didn’t make public.

It would be recalled that following the passing of Mohbad, it was alleged that Mohbad’s son, Liam, isn’t biologically his.

Some netizens, including Mohbad’s father, had called for a DNA test.

The journalist, Stella Dimokorkus recently revealed that last year May, Wunmi, with the aid of a Nollywood actress, had done multiple DNA tests and had never made the results public.

She wrote …

“Late Singer Mohbad’s Wife Wunmi Allegedly Secretly Undergoes 2 DNA Tests
STORY FROM MAY 1, 2024
**********
”Late singer Mohbads wife Wunmi has allegedly secretly done two DNA tests with both results not released to the public or to those around her…..

According to inside sources, all the while that Mohbads father was crying for DNA test to be done, Wunmi aided by a popular Yoruba Nollywood actress secretly did a DNA test and the result of that first test prompted them to do a second secret DNA test recently and the result of that test is with the actress and insiders allege that the result might shock everyone….

Sources wonder why the result of the two DNA tests have not been made public by the actress and allowing everyone to continue dragging Wunmi to do the test to save face…….

This is hoping that the DNA tests result will be made public to end all the drama that has shifted the focus of who or what killed Mohbad to if little Liam is his child or not…”

There were multiple Interview denials on this story and now I am seeing shots from a whatsapp group chat that she actually did the tests…..Hmmmmm!!”

A Week of Fights, Flops, and Fake Nominations Breakdown of the Chaos That Rocked the BBNaija 10/10 House This Week

The Big Brother Naija Season 10 “10/10 House” has already proven to be an explosive season, with a week full of drama, tears, and failed teamwork. From the very beginning, the housemates failed to find their footing as a team, leading to several clashes and a major flop during their first Wager Task.

The drama started with a dispute between Koyin and Kaybobo over noodles, with Koyin ending up in tears. This was followed by Kaybobo being accused of being a “bully” by Mensan, which led to a heated confrontation. Tensions continued to simmer in the kitchen with what has been dubbed “MeatGate,” a fight between Otega and Denari over grilled chicken. Leadership also proved to be a source of conflict, with Head of House Jason Jae getting into a shouting match with Rooboy, who felt Jason wasn’t leading effectively.

In an interesting turn of events, some housemates started to explore romantic connections. Jason Jae was seen sharing a heartfelt hug with Sultana, while Gigi Jasmine confided in Victory. The first Saturday night party also brought some action, with Kayikunmi and Isabella sharing a steamy makeout session. However, not all connections were successful, as Imisi’s attempt to kiss Faith was gracefully rejected.

Despite all the drama, the biggest shock of the week was the housemates’ complete failure to win their first Wager Task. The performance was a mess, and Biggie’s disappointment was clear. This loss means a week of limited food supplies and heightened tensions, setting the stage for more drama to come. The week ended with the housemates on edge, as host Ebuka revealed a major twist.

“Fame or not, I’d still make music” — Davido

Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed that he would still chase a music career even if he weren’t famous, emphasising the depth of his passion for the craft.

In a recent interview with Okay Africa, the award-winning singer reflected on the driving force behind his artistry.

Davido noted that beyond the glitz and fame, it is his love for music that keeps him grounded and motivated to create, innovate, and connect with fans globally. He also spoke about the priceless connection he shares with his supporters, which he said is one of the most meaningful aspects of his journey.

“I hope I still have the same passion, I’d probably try again…but it depends on my age,” he said.

He added, “One flex I have is that money didn’t buy is natural love from my fans. You can’t buy that type of love. I’ve had fans come from far away, and concerts range from new fans to the old fans; my catalogue is huge.”

Looking back on his career, Davido shared advice he would give to his younger self: “It’s going to be a long journey, many ups and downs, smiles and frowns, but you’d get there.

He also noted that when he started, his dreams were nowhere near as big as what he has achieved today. “That’s how God works,” he said.

2025 WASSCE: “Only 38.32% passed English and Maths” – WAEC

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC)has announced a sharp decline in performance for the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), with just 38.32% of candidates obtaining credits in five subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

Out of 1,969,313 candidates who sat for the exam, only 754,545 achieved the minimum benchmark. This is a 33.8% drop compared to the 72.12% success rate recorded in 2024.

The alarming statistics were revealed by Dr. Amos Dangut, WAEC’s Head of National Office, during a press briefing on Monday.

He also confirmed that the results of 192,089 candidates (9.75%) have been withheld due to various cases of examination malpractice, including unauthorised use of mobile phones and organised cheating in some schools.

“All cases are being investigated and reports will be presented to the appropriate Committee of the Council for consideration and final decisions, Dr. Dangut said. “Affected candidates will be communicated through their various schools; and Candidates can now call for redress of their malpractice cases if they so wish.”

Breakdown of 2025 WASSCE Results:

Total candidates who sat: 1,969,313

A total of 1,973,365 students from 23,554 schools registered, with 1,969,313 eventually sitting for the exam.

WAEC reiterated its zero-tolerance stance on exam malpractice.

“The Council will continue to sanction all cases of examination malpractice. Schools, supervisors, teachers, and candidates perpetrating this evil are not helping the educational system. WAEC is calling for all hands to be on deck to sanitise the system.”

How to Access Results

Candidates can check their results by visiting www.waecdirect.org using the PIN and Serial Number from their Smart Identity Card issued during the exam.

WAEC says results will be accessible within 12 hours, and digital certificates will be available 48 hours after.

However, results for candidates sponsored by states that are indebted to WAEC have been withheld until payments are made.

WAEC Special Needs Participation

Dr. Dangut also highlighted increased participation by candidates with special needs. A total of 12,178 students registered under this category, including: 112 visually challenged, 615 hearing impaired and 52 physically or mentally challenged.

“No government, not even in 20 years, can solve all problems” – Wike

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has said that it is unrealistic to expect any government, including the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration, to solve every problem facing the nation’s capital.

Wike made the remark on Monday during a media parley in Abuja, where he addressed questions on ongoing development efforts and concerns about uncommissioned projects in the FCT.

“I will not say here that every problem has been solved,” Wike said. All problems cannot be solved, even if this government stays for 20 years; no government can solve all problems.

He, however, stressed that while not all issues can be tackled at once, the administration is making deliberate efforts to improve the standard of living for residents.

“But government is solving problems that at least will help to improve the lives of people,” he added.

Wike also addressed criticisms regarding the absence of formal commissioning for several ongoing projects.

According to him, only capital-intensive projects with significant financial investments are highlighted through formal ceremonies.

“It’s not realistic to commission every single project,” he said. “We take what we think are major, capital-intensive projects, ones where billions of naira have been spent, and showcase those. But for smaller projects, do we really need to commission everything?”

He encouraged journalists to partner with the government by joining Mandate Secretaries on site visits to witness first-hand the progress being made in key sectors, including education and social services.

“We’re not claiming perfection,” Wike said. “But we’re doing what will at least make a difference in the lives of the people, and that’s the whole point of governance.
