Transfer: Drama Looms As Mbappe Tells PSG He’ll Not Leave Club Under Any Circumstances

Kylian Mbappe, the world-famous Paris Saint-Germain forward, has told the Parisians he will not leave the club.

He said he will not leave the club under any circumstances this summer, Sky Sports News reports.

Mbappe feels let down by PSG’s transfer policy amid reports linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

The France captain will be frozen out of PSG’s squad and will not play for the club until his contract runs out next season.

Meanwhile, PSG is planning for life without Mbappe.

The French Ligue 1 champions also want to set a precedent and send a message to all players, regardless of who they are, that no one is bigger than the club.

Mbappe was recently left out of PSG’s squad for their pre-season as he has so far refused to sign a new contract with the club.

Napoli President Sets €200m Price Tag On Osimhen, Says Only PSG Can Afford Him

Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has placed a price-tag on Victor Osimhen.
According to him, the only club that can afford Osimhen is Paris Saint-Germain.
According to him, Osimhen’s price is 200 million euros.
The striker is in negotiations to extend his contract and so far the Partenopei are resisting the idea of a release clause.
“The only club that can afford to take Osimhen away from us is Paris Saint-Germain,” De Laurentiis told Sport Mediaset.
“So if Nasser Al-Khelaifi wants to take out 200 or so, then we will wait and evaluate.”
It is reported no clubs have been prepared to go over €100m so far, especially a concern because the asking price was believed to be in the region of €150m.
This evening, De Laurentiis revealed it is even higher than that and this is why he is confident the Nigeria international will remain this season.
The €200m price-tag would make Osimhen one of the most expensive signings of all time, but would be one of the options if Kylian Mbappe were to leave.
Still only 24 years of age, the Nigerian was Capocannoniere last term with 26 goals in 32 Serie A appearances and helped Napoli win their first title in 33 years.

Paris Saint-Germain Give Kylian Mbappe Two-Week Ultimatum To Sign New Contract

PSG has given Kylian Mbappe ultimatum to sign a new contract.
According to Paris Saint-Germain, Mbappe must sign a new contract if he wants to stay at club.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi said the club will not allow the superstar France striker to walk away on a free transfer in 12 months’ time.
Mbappe, who has long been linked with Liverpool and Real Madrid in recent years, recently told the club he will not be triggering the one-year extension in his contract.
That means the top goalscorer at the 2022 World Cup will be a free agent next summer unless PSG cash in on his services.
Speaking at a press conference to introduce Luis Enrique as the club’s new manager following the sacking of Christophe Galtier, said: that they “want Mbappe to stay” but he “can’t leave for free”.

“We want him to stay but he can’t leave for free,” Al-Khelaifi told reporters.
“It was our oral agreement and he had expressed it publicly in an interview. So it’s not debatable. And I was really shocked to learn that he intended to leave for free.
“It’s very disappointing because Kylian is a fantastic boy, a real gentleman, and leaving for free, weakening the biggest French club, it’s not him. When I received this information, I was shocked and disappointed.”
Al-Khelaifi later added: “That’s why he has to decide next week, or at most in two weeks. And if he doesn’t want to sign a new contract, the door is open. It’s like that for him and for everyone else. No one is bigger than the club, no player, not even me. It’s very clear.”
Mbappe, who has scored 212 goals in 260 appearances for PSG rejected a transfer to Madrid last summer  before signing a new deal with PSG, which was initially announced as a three-year contract but which subsequently emerged as a two-year agreement to 2024, with an option of a third year, which he is now refusing to take up.
L’Equipe reporter Loic Tanzi recently indicated that Real Madrid, Liverpool and Man Utd are potential next destinations for Mbappe.
“They have to open the door (to a transfer this summer). In my understanding he will leave because he doesn’t want to renew and his position won’t change and I think PSG’s position won’t change so I think they will open the door (to a transfer) before the end of the market,” Tanzi told BBC World Service.
“The more complicated thing now is to find an agreement with Real Madrid because PSG won’t want to do any gifts to Real and the Spanish club will try for a low price because they will say they don’t want to pay a big amount of money for a player who is out of contract in a year.

“I think he wants to go to Real Madrid, but Liverpool is also there for many years as well. They kept contact with the family for many years. And I would add Manchester United because they will have a new project soon under new owners.

He Doesn’t Want Morning Training – Rothen Slams Messi’s Behaviour At PSG

Jerome Rothen, a former Paris Saint-Germain winger, has talked about Lionel Messi.

He slammed Lionel Messi’s behaviour at the French Ligue 1 champions.

Messi’s time at PSG came to an end last weekend as the Argentine played his final game for the Parisians against Clermont Foot.

The Argentina World Cup winner will be joining MLS side Inter Miami as a free agent upon the expiration of his contract with PSG.

However, Rothen has now criticized Messi for not wanting to adapt during his time at PSG, stating that he didn’t want to train in the morning.

“We got wind of a lot of things. We mopped up all that because it wasn’t the time to talk about it. Remember the day he left training? The club had covered it all up, saying it was a small calf injury. It was all wrong, absolutely wrong. The reason? Monsieur was fed up with this that was offered to him in training,” Rothen said (via RMC Sport).

“It was certainly a day when his children were suffering in my opinion… (ironic) He was not well in his head, so he left training. He went back to the locker room, he took a shower, he left. It shows how much he respected his coach and his teammates.

“He very often wanted to change the pace of training. He did not want to train in the morning. He told the staff on several occasions that training in the morning is not good. That you have to train in the afternoon. Fortunately, the staff did not give up. This shows that he wanted to change certain things and that he did not want to adapt.”
