Many people have had a difficult year, but for popular DJ Florence Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, 2022 has been her best year yet.

The billionaire daughter and soon-to-be married musician revealed this in an Instagram post. She stated that 2022 has been her best year so far while sharing a picture of her bedtime routine.

Her words,

“2022 has SOMEHOW turned out to be my best year”.

Recall that DJ Cuppy recently got engaged to Ryan Taylor, a white man who is an internationally recognized boxer and also a friend to Nigerian heavyweight champion boxer, Anthony Joshua.

Few days after their engagement she revealed her desire to get married soon to Ryan Taylor.

She wrote:

“Cannot wait to marry YOU @ryan_taylor love you”.

Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson has disclosed that he left the church because he felt betrayed by it.

Timini shared his experience of leaving the church during an interview with Lilian Afegbai for her “Lilian’s Coach” YouTube program.

According to him, he was a church boy who used to preach in the main churches when he was a teenager. He disclosed that as time went on, he realized that the church was full of pretenders. He disclosed that he decided to find God and have a personal relationship with him.

In his words;

‘I feel like me and God have a personal relationship. I’ve been betrayed by the church in the past. Like, I was a full church boy. In my teenage years, I used to preach in the main church on Sundays. Everything you think I have now in terms of swag and whatever, it was in church that I learned it. 

Then I went to some other churches. But I just realized that there are a lot of pretenses. And I know it’s not a reason to stop going because obviously. So basically you know, it’s just a thing where I was just like okay let me find this man called God on my own. And that’s what we are doing right now. 

There’s someone I’m seeing, or talking to, right now that introduced me to this whole Bible plan. I mean, sometimes I just lie to her when she asks “have you checked it this morning?” In terms of reading the Bible again and all that, I’m not really there yet but I like a one-on-one relationship with my God. Talking to him saying “how far baba? this is what I’m doing” and He’s been helping me make the best decisions so far. And it’s calm.

The Airbus A380 from Emirates is transformed in a viral video into Santa’s sleigh and is drawn by reindeer.

With millions of views and more than 400,000 likes in a single day, the video quickly gained traction.

The Christmas season is in full swing, and everyone is in a festive mood. The concept of Santa Claus and reindeer is deeply associated with it. The reindeer represent many positive things, including safe travel and endurance during the holiday season. Emirates Airlines, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is also getting into the holiday mood by converting one of its passenger aircraft into Santa’s sleigh.

The airline shared a short video clip on Instagram of a plane wearing a Santa hat being lifted off the ground and taken to the skies by reindeer in the most Christmas-like way.

Emirates shared the video on Instagram with a caption that reads, “Captain Claus,” requesting permission to take off. “Merry Christmas from Emirates.” #Emirates #FlyBetter.”

Last Last by Burna Boy made the first appearance as a Nigerian artiste followed by Ayra Starr ‘s Rush, and lastly Calm Down by Rema.

Sharing the tweet, Barack Obama emphasized the love behind spreading his favourite playlist while asking to know other songs to add.

“I already enjoy sharing my end of year music playlist with all of you — and this year we heard a lot of great songs. Here are some of my favorites.
Are there any songs or artists I should check out?” he wrote.

In an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Mercy Eke disclosed why she stuck with her former lover Ike Onyema even after the show.

According to Mercy Eke, she didn’t know her fanbase outside the house was that strong because if she knew, she wouldn’t bother herself getting herself involved with Ike. She added that the relationship between herself and Ike wasn’t working but because there was money involved she had to stick around him.

In her words: “BBNaija relationships are the biggest scam, it was even original for me initially, as a matter of fact, if I had known that I was a strong housemate and that people loved me for me, I wouldn’t have bothered getting involved with him.

I wouldn’t say it was a strategy, for me, we flowed with it but we had to put up a show even when not happy for people who aren’t even in relationships. If it is not working out, you move but in my case I couldn’t, I had to be there cos of money, otherwise, I won’t have my complete money.

Davido and Chioma family comes together to celebrate Christmas (Video)

Superstar Afrobeat singer, Davido, and his wife, Chioma, are spotted in the company of family ahead of the Christmas celebration.

This comes after the singer made his first appearance at the 2022 FIFA World Cup closing event after weeks of mourning the loss of his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke Jnr.

A video making rounds on social media captured the singer with Chioma amidst the company of her inlaws in preparing for Christmas.

Davido who is known to be fond of children was spotted having a playtime with one of his nephews, while his wife chatted with another family member.

The video, however, stirred emotional reactions from fans who expressed heartfelt concern for the couple.

“Oh Ify would have been jumping everywhere full of excitement. Devil no like good thing. Jesus complete their joy and restore all they have lost,” a social media user wrote.

Another added, “Davido’s natural love for kids show everywhere he goes as long as kids are around. 😍😍.”
