Reduce Hand On Editing – Fan Slams Regina Daniels Over Her Recent Photos

Actress Regina Daniels has received a warning from a concerned fan.
The fan urged her to stop over-editing her photos.
It all started after she took to her page on Instagram to share photos.
She had on Sunday attended the 40th harvest anniversary of the Celestial Church of Christ, Abuja, where they donated N2.5 million.
However, her photos were said to have been over edited.
The fan cautioned her to be real and stop over-editing her photos.
The concerned fan wrote: “Reduce hand on editing. U edit too much. At times you are too tall, times you are short”.

Actor Femi Adebayo Wins Big at BON Awards

Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo couldn’t hide his joy after winning big at the just-concluded Best of Nollywood awards (BON Awards).
The ceremony took place on Sunday at the Sugar Factory Film Studios in Ilorin Kwara State.

Nollywood stars, filmmakers, and practitioners were all in attendance at the award ceremony.
Femi Adebayo went home with  4 awards for his 2023 movie, Jagun Jagun. He also won the Best Actor award, Best Use of Costume, Best Art Design, and Best Use of Effect.
His brothers, Adebayo Tijani and Tope Adebayo Salami also won Best Director for their Directorial debut in Jagun Jagun.
He dedicated his win to the people of Kwara state and stated that he will be back for more awards.

Restaurant Sends Phyna Out Over Indecent Dressing

Big Brother Naija star and media personality Phyna has been sent out of a restaurant over alleged indecent dressing.
The reality star took to her X page to call out the Lagos restaurant over the incident.
She alleged that she was denied entry to the restaurant due to her dressing.
The reality star was denied entry for wearing a dress that revealed her chest and cleavage.
“So I went to have dinner at one CALI RESTAURANT Abi what they call the place 😂😂😂 omo they said I’m dressed indecently and I can’t enter o. WTF!!!!!” she wrote.

Afrobeats singer, Davido has bragged after songs from Wizkid’s new album, ‘Morayo’ failed to occupy the top 16 spots on the Spotify Nigeria Daily Top Songs Chart for two consecutive days.
As a result of the failure by Wizkid, Davido has now retained his record as the only artist to occupy the top 16 spots on the Spotify Nigeria Daily Top Songs Chart for two consecutive days.
The record was set by Davido’s ‘Timeless’ last year.
Following Wizkid’s failure to break Davido’s record, a music-monitoring platform, The Data Dash wrote via X, “@davido remains the only artist to occupy the Top 16 spots on the Spotify Nigeria Daily Top Songs Chart for 2 consecutive days, with all new songs from his album ‘Timeless’.”
Reposting, Davido bragged, “Remains the only!”

Afrobeats singer, Tiwa Savage has made a confession.
She revealed that it is difficult to survive in Nigeria.


According to her, poverty is responsible for the huge amount of entertainers Nigeria is churning out.

She noted that hardship in the country is making young people explore their talents.
Speaking on the ‘Shopping The Sneakers’ podcast, Savage said living in Nigeria is difficult.
She said, “When you come to Nigeria, you will understand why we breed so many superstars. To survive in Nigeria is something else so that’s why the artists that come out of Nigeria are just like hustlers. They are just hustling.”
 
Nigeria has Africa’s largest movie, music, comedy and fashion industries.
Nollywood is the second largest movie industry in the world.

Jagun Jagun Wins 6 Awards at 2024 BON Awards (Full List)

Actor Femi Adebayo’s epic Netflix Original Yoruba movie, Jagun Jagun has won big at the 2024 Best of Nollywood Awards (BON).
The epic movie won six awards at the ceremony. The awards include Best Indigenous Film, Best Actor, Best Production Design, Best Special Effect, Best Costume, and Director of the Year.
The 16th edition of the BON Awards was hosted by Toyin Abraham at the Sugar Factory Film Studios on Sunday night in Ilorin, Kwara State. Jagun Jagun was nominated in 12 categories.

Nigerian singer Fireboy DML has revealed that he has had experience with “dangerous women”.
He made the disclosure on his X handle on Monday.
He, however, did not share enough details about his experience with the “dangerous women”.
He wrote: “I have experienced some dangerous women in this life.”


Fireboy had previously revealed that after the release of his fourth studio album, he would be going on a vacation in search of heartbreak to inspire his next album.


The singer recently released his eponymous fourth studio album,
‘Adedamola’.

Popular Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has advised people to work hard to build a home instead of paying rent.

The singer emphasized the importance of owning a home in earning financial freedom and independence.

In a post on his Instagram story, Rudeboy adviced his followers to prioritize buying a house over renting one.

He stressed that the fear of landlords can lead to disrespect and a feeling of being trapped.

He wrote; “See ehh… No matter what you do in life, make sure you work so hard to avoid rent. Because that’s a lifetime freedom. Get yours. It doesn’t matter where or the location. Nigerian Entertainer DJ Chicken Sent Out Of A Train Hours After Being Bounced From A Club In The UK

Nigerian entertainer DJ Chicken has once again found himself in the spotlight after being removed from a train in the UK for allegedly causing a disturbance.

This incident reportedly occurred just hours after he was denied entry to a club.

According to eyewitness accounts, DJ Chicken was asked to leave the train after ignoring repeated requests to remain seated and stop disrupting other passengers.

In a video circulating on social media, the entertainer was seen filming other passengers, including some Caucasians, despite their discomfort.

An official on the train explained that DJ Chicken had separated from the group he boarded with and began “constituting a nuisance.” The situation escalated, prompting authorities to intervene and remove him from the train.

Crown Uzama, the popular Nigerian singer, who is popularly known as Shallipopi, has claimed that he doesn’t smoke despite posing with cigarettes in his pictures and videos.

He claimed that he uses cigarettes for aesthetics.

The ‘Oba Pluto’ crooner disclosed this in a recent interview with Soundcity.

“One thing that my fans don’t know about me is that I don’t smoke. It’s just aesthetics,”
he said.

On what inspired him to do music, Shallipopi said, “What influences me to do music is hardship. You don’t want to go through hardship in this country.”
