I’m Not Happy – Actress Regina Daniels Opens Up On Separation From Her Children Amid Marital Tensions (Video)

Regina Daniels, the Nollywood actress, has pledged to battle for custody of her two sons.

According to the thespian, her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, has filed for full custody of her boys, despite the children being in his care.

Speaking via Instagram, she lamented that the repeated public exposure of her children is a deliberate attempt by her husband to garner attention.

The thespian alleged that Nwoko has dismissed all her nannies and forced them to make false statements that she is violent and an alcoholic.

She wrote, “People may believe that I am happy, but no mother can be at peace while separated from her children. I chose not to allow that pain to define or imprison me, which is why it took time for me to walk away.

“The repeated public exposure of my children, reflects a troubling and deliberate pursuit of negative attention by their father. It is implausible that a public figure, particularly one with legislative experience would be unaware that posting our children publicly in this time would inevitably attract media scrutiny.

“These actions make it reasonable to question whether his behavior is motivated by public engagement rather than parental responsibility. I decided to stay off the matter to avoid causing more nuisance on this media space but clearly this man keeps acting like a baby. Meaning it’s now safe to call this one term senator a content creator one.

“The last time I spoke to my kids was mid November. Ned dismissed all my nannies, pressured them into making false statements accusing me of violence and alcohol abuse in front of the children, and has since filed for full custody, despite already having the children in his care.

“I am left to wonder whether I am truly such a threat that I am being challenged so aggressively. I may be young, but I am such a mum, I enjoy being a mum and I miss being a mum. Its so crazy if their father thinks I won’t come for my children. I will definitely.“

Chelsea Legend, John Terry Reveals He Considered Su!cide After Champions League Final Penalty Miss

Chelsea legend John Terry has revealed that he struggled deeply after his penalty miss in the 2008 UEFA Champions League final, admitting he even contemplated taking his own life in the aftermath.

The former England defender slipped and hit the post with what could have been the decisive spot-kick against Manchester United,  before the Red Devils eventually won the shoot-out at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium.

Now Terry, 45, admits he considered suicide from the 25th floor of the team’s hotel, before his team-mates led him away.

Speaking to Reece Mennie on his podcast, he said: ‘Looking back, I would have loved at that time to have spoken to someone because I remember after the game, we all went back to the hotel, and I was on the 25th floor in Moscow, and I’m just looking out the window, just going, “Why? Why?”

‘I’m not saying if I had that opportunity that you’d jump, but you know things go through your head at that particular time.

‘Then the boys came up, and they took me downstairs. It’s those moments that you have the “what if?” You just never know, do you.’

He added: ‘At the time, three or four days later, we went and met up with England so now we’re sitting across the dining table with the Man United players, which was the worst thing ever anyway!

‘But then we played America at Wembley and I ended up scoring, I scored a header from outside the box, and just after that I was like, “why couldn’t I just swap that moment for that?”

‘Still even now today, it goes over in my head. It has softened over the years for sure but I think when you’re playing and you’re churning out game after game, season after season, you compartmentalise it a little bit and put it right to the back.

‘But it’s now that I’m retired, I’ve not got that focus of playing every week or playing in front of the supporters and having that buzz, that it really gets me. I still wake up middle of the night and go oh yeah it did happen, and I don’t think that I’ll ever go.’

Four years later, Chelsea beat Bayern Munich on penalties, and Terry finally got to lift the trophy, although he didn’t play as he was suspended for the match after being sent off in the semi-finals against Barcelona.

Why Peller And Jarvis Are A Ticking Time Bomb – Popular OAP, Do2dtun Speaks

Nigerian media personality Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, popularly known as Do2dtun, has responded to the recent incident involving content creator Peller, who crashed his car during a live broadcast amid reported problems in his relationship with Jarvis.

Reacting via social media, Do2dtun said the relationship between Peller and Jarvis appears to be driven by interest, fame and public approval rather than real emotional bonding.

He stated that relationships built around attention and validation often create pressure, false expectations and unhealthy habits.

He advised both parties to take time away from each other to understand who they are as individuals, make their own mistakes and grow without the weight of public demand.

He said, “A relationship built on interest & validation will eventually cause you to have unattainable expectations, the need to live above your means & satisfy the desires of strangers. What are you both besides the light camera action? Anything built to satisfy the energy of the people is a ticking time bomb.

“They both have a long way to go. They are in a time & age to make their mistakes. Live & develop themselves individually against doing it through a relationship.

“They tied their innocence to the expectations they created for themselves. We amplified an unrealistic expectation. Sadly, it takes away the happiness when the demand is high.

“When you are grown to think money against all odds is the only key to be seen; validated or keep a relationship; you just built your own cage. You will move from being happy to being seen.

“Any relationship that requires you must be together to be validated will eventually lack individualism; happiness & turn to just performance. One party will feel cheated eventually.

“Peller & Jarvis is a ticking time bomb. Trust me, they need to move around, test the waters, live and make their mistakes individually. They will eventually see their truth and worth.

“They might even realize they should have just being friends or might come together later in future and have an amazing relationship. I am not ruling it out but they need to LIVE! and grow individually for now.

“They grew too fast and we encouraged it. You people that stan them are the real devils. Kids at their age still live under the roof of their parents. There is no justification for his actions & also it’s time he needs to reevaluate his primary role. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.

“Many of us were stupid at that age, we just had guidance. These kids are already playing their parents roles, what do you expect?

“Once your kids become the parent or your friends over being your children in their teenage years; you might lose them. No matter how famous they are or what they give you, put your foot down on certain things. Fame is fickle yet it needs to be tutored & controlled. Even adults can’t handle it not to talk of kids.

“Let a child be a child. We did stupid things too at their age. The only difference is some didn’t have the capacity to amplify it. Fame & money are dangerous tools. These kids at this age might even be the breadwinner. Who wan advise them? Things are otherwise done in reverse. Children need to be children even if you are famous.

“Peller & Jarvis is not a symbiotic relationship. One will grow faster than the other and feel caged and the other might be feel slighted for giving everything and yet can’t control the narrative. It is cute but toxic. Them without us, the clicks and what we think might be perfect. Sadly, you are all invested hence why it won’t work”.

$5m Swiss Tuition: Dangote Releases Details Of Allegation Against NMDPRA CEO

Aliko Dangote, President of Dangote Refinery and Chairman of Dangote Group, has disclosed details regarding the alleged foreign education tuition controversy involving Farouk Ahmed, the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA).

In a document circulating publicly on Tuesday and personally signed by Dangote, the billionaire investor, it was stressed that Ahmed spent $5 million on the secondary and tertiary education of his four children abroad, particularly in Switzerland and the United States.

This comes barely 24 hours after Dangote called for the probe of Ahmed for allegedly living above his income.

According to the now viral document, Dangote alleged that Ahmed’s children are said to have attended some of the world’s most expensive schools, including Montreux School, Aiglon College, Institut Le Rosey, and La Garenne International School, each reportedly spending about six years at their respective institutions.

The breakdown provided in the document estimates annual tuition, upkeep, air travel, and living expenses at about $200,000 per child, amounting to $800,000 annually for four children. Accordingly, over a six-year period, the total cost was estimated at $4.8 million, with the overall secondary education expenses put at approximately $5 million.

Dangote’s document further alleged that one of Ahmed’s children, identified as Faisal Farouk, recently completed an MBA program at Harvard University, with tuition reportedly costing $150,000, alongside an additional $60,000 for upkeep and other expenses, bringing the total to about $210,000 in 2025.

As of the time of filing this report, Engr. Farouk Ahmed has not publicly responded to the allegations, and no official statement has been issued by the NMDPRA. However, earlier, when the claim surfaced months ago, the regulator had dismissed it as false.

A coalition of civil society organizations under Lawyers in Defence of Good Governance, who first made the allegation against Ahmed, had retracted their claim, describing it as misinformation.

The House Committee on Petroleum Resources and Downstream had earlier called for both Dangote and Ahmed to cease further public attacks.

Why I Don’t Go To Church – Popular Rapper, T.I Opens Up

American rapper Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., popularly known as T.I., has shared the reasons he does not attend church despite identifying as a Christian.

The Alanta star said he was raised in a Christian household and believes in the “realness” of God, but the church, to him, is a business.

Speaking in a recent interview with Gospel musician Kirk Franklin, T.I accused Christian clergy of “twisting” the Bible and exploiting their congregations.

“I have never been a church person. I grew up in a strong Christian household. My grandma and auntie were very strong in prayer. So, I know how to pray and I know the word. And I know God is real, I’ve seen his presence and his hands in my life. But I have never felt the connection with the church,”
he said.

“To be honest, I don’t think the church is real. I think it’s a business. It’s like a show. It’s like public-speaking, like TED talk. And sometimes, the clergies try to twist the word of God to benefit them.”

T.I also said that he doesn’t believe that he needs to pay tithe or make any financial commitment to a church before God could bless him.

“Y’all telling me.. I gotta pay this joker.. for my God to hear my prayer ??? Mehn I’m outta here,”
the rapper said.

He added that he doesn’t believe there needs to be a middleman in his relationship with God in the form of a clergy.

Peter Obi Reacts As ActionAid Reports Huge Youth Unemployment In Nigeria

Former Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, Peter Obi, has expressed concern over a recent ActionAid/Plan International report revealing that more than 80 million young Nigerians are unemployed.

In a post on his verified X handle on Tuesday, Obi said the report is an indictment of the nation’s leadership and economic direction.

The ex-Anambra governor said that Nigeria tops the world in the absolute number of unemployed youths due to its large population, with over 80 million youths without jobs.

He added that South Africa with a youth unemployment rate of around 60%, translates to about 6 million unemployed youths, is still more than 70 million fewer than Nigeria.

“When millions of youths are unemployed, it is not a youth problem, it is a leadership failure. This is the direct result of political greed that has failed to serve the people.

“Nigeria has one of the largest youth populations in the world, with about 75% of our citizens under the age of 35. With such a large share of the population young, joblessness at this scale should be a national emergency.

“It is deeply troubling that, rather than investing in these youths as our most productive assets, promoting and supporting MSMEs the drive growth and create employment, we the Leaders chose wasteful spending, corruption, unproductive borrowing, and policies that will shrink opportunities and expand poverty, reducing Nigerian youths to easy tools for all forms of vices.

“Nigeria does not lack entrepreneurial and resourceful youths, what we lack are leaders who are intentional about creating opportunities. We need leaders who understand that jobs come from deliberate investments in production and from running a government that is prudent, transparent, and people-centred, that can lift people out of poverty.

“We need leadership that will see youths as the engine of productivity and growth of a nation. This is the time, more than ever, for the Nigerian youths to get involved and ensure they elect leaders who have their best interest and the best interest of our nation.

“Nigeria deserves competent, credible, compassionate, and capable leadership, one that will create opportunities and empower our young Nigerians,” he wrote.

Elon Musk Becomes First Person In History To Surpass $600bn Net Worth

Elon Musk has made history as the first person to exceed a net worth of $600 billion, with his wealth estimated at $677 billion as of 12 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Monday, according to Forbes.

The surge in Musk’s fortune was driven largely by a sharp rise in the valuation of his private space company, SpaceX.

Earlier this month, SpaceX completed a tender offer that valued the company at $800 billion, doubling its valuation from $400 billion in August, according to investors cited by Forbes.

The increase followed a tender offer by SpaceX earlier this month, which valued the company at $800 billion, up from $400 billion in August, two of the company’s investors told Forbes.

Musk owns an estimated 42% stake in SpaceX, and the higher valuation alone added approximately $168 billion to his fortune.

The tender offer comes as SpaceX prepares for a potential IPO in 2026, which could value the company at around $1.5 trillion, according to one investor. Such an IPO would likely make Musk the world’s first trillionaire, even without considering gains from his other holdings.

Tesla, xAI, and other wealth drivers

Forbes estimates that Musk’s $336 billion stake in SpaceX is his most valuable asset, surpassing his 12% stake in Tesla, which is worth about $197 billion.

Tesla stock options from his 2018 CEO performance award, voided by a Delaware judge in January 2024, have been discounted to $69 billion, pending the outcome of Musk’s appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court.

Musk’s xAI Holdings also contributes significantly to his fortune.

The AI company is reportedly raising funds at a $230 billion valuation, more than double the $113 billion valuation he cited when forming xAI in March by merging it with his social media company X. Musk owns 53% of xAI Holdings, valued at approximately $60 billion.

With an estimated $425 billion lead over the world’s second-richest person, Google co-founder Larry Page, Musk is closer to reaching $700 billion than losing his spot as the world’s richest individual, the report emphasised.

Davido Brought Toxicity, Rivalry To Nigerian Music Industry – Samklef Claims

Samklef, the popular Nigerian record producer, has accused singer Davido of fuelling toxicity and rivalry within the Nigerian music industry.

He made the claim while reacting to a tweet by fellow producer-turned-singer Pheelz, expressing concern over the toxicity and comparisons in the Nigerian music industry.

“Music was meant to be enjoyed, not to be compared. This comparison game is hurting the sound and culture more than we can ever know,”
Pheelz wrote.

Reacting, Samklef claimed that there was mutual respect in the Nigerian music industry when Wizkid and Olamide held sway as the young stars until Davido joined them.

He claimed that with Davido’s entry came toxicity, “cultist mindset,” threats and streaming fraud.

Samklef said that the music industry wasn’t supposed to be competitive or a rivalry ground.

He wrote, “Music was fun when we started. When Wizkid came, there was no comparison—everything was pure love.

“Olamide came too, same thing. No pressure, no hatred, just music.

“Then one Scorpio boy who moves like diddy..Davido entered, and since then the industry turned toxic.

“Cultist mindset, threats, fake streams, dirty moves everywhere.”

His submission sparked mixed reactions, with many berating him for singling Davido for blame for the decadence in the music industry.

Meanwhile, Davido is yet to react to Samklef’s allegations.
