Tottenham 3-0 Burnley: Kudus shines with double assist on Spurs debut

Mohammed Kudus marked his Premier League debut for Tottenham with two assists as Thomas Frank’s side eased past Burnley 3-0 in their season opener.

The Ghana midfielder, signed this summer from West Ham, created the breakthrough inside 10 minutes when his run and cross set up Richarlison to finish sharply on the turn.

Kudus was involved again 15 minutes inside the second half, delivering another ball from the byline that Richarlison converted with a stunning scissor kick.

Richarlison, who scored only four league goals last season, left the pitch to a standing ovation when substituted in the 71st minute.

Super Cup: PSG edge Tottenham on penalties after late comeback

Paris Saint-Germain lifted the Super Cup after coming from two goals down to beat Tottenham on penalties.

Europa League holders Spurs struck first through Micky van de Ven just before halftime, and captain Cristian Romero doubled the advantage early in the second half.

However, Lee Kang-in pulled one back with a powerful strike five minutes from time, before substitute Goncalo Ramos equalised in stoppage time to force a shootout.

PSG held their nerve from the spot to deny Tottenham a long-awaited trophy, beating them 4-3.

Tottenham Accept Over £95m Offer From Bayern Munich For Harry Kane With The England Captain to Pocket £400k-a-Week

Tottenham have accepted an offer worth over £95m from Bayern Munich for Harry Kane.
The England captain is to earn in the region of £400,000 per week if he decides to leave Spurs for Germany.
Following weeks of talks and failed bids, Bayern have now successfully agreed a deal in principle with Tottenham to sign Kane this summer.
The offer will likely earn Spurs £100 million from the deal.
Levy values the talismanic striker at £120m but well-placed sources have indicated that an offer in the region of £100m would tempt the club into selling a player available for nothing next summer.
Bayern have now met all the conditions required to land Kane, who would be paid in the region of £ 400,000 per week with the German giants.
The decision is now with Kane as to whether he wants to leave for Germany, with indications at the start of the week that the 30-year-old was leaning towards staying with Spurs.

Tottenham is led to a record-breaking moment by Antonio Conte.

Since the 2022–23 football season began, Tottenham Hotspur has had a great start in the Premier League.

Since having 24 points at this point of the season in the 1963–1964 season, the London club’s 23 points in their first 10 league games are the greatest total for Spurs.

Tottenham is currently third in the Premier League standings with the same number of points as Manchester City, who will play Liverpool at Anfield. Harry Kane, a forward for Tottenham, has also been outstanding this season, scoring goals in five straight games. This is his longest streak of Premier League goals.
