BBNaija’s Phyna Accuses Policeman of Stealing Her N3,000

Controversial reality star Josephine Ijeoma Otabor, popularly known as Phyna has made an allegation against the Nigerian police.
She accused officers of the Nigerian police of stealing her money.

The reality star alleged that the officers stole N3,000 from her pigeonhole while he and his colleagues stopped her car for a search on Monday in Lagos.

She claimed that the money went missing after the search.
She, however, did identify the policeman who allegedly perpetrated the act.
On her X handle, Phyna wrote: “So today a policeman stole my 3k….. while they were searching my car today there was 3k in my pigeon hole…. and before I could blink I nor see my 3k again because I didn’t give it him.”
The Lagos State Police Command is yet to react to the allegations.

Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ winner, Phyna Unusualshares her excitement about working with her idol and Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson on a movie set.

The reality star who faced a series of back and forth with a brand over her unpaid prizes since 2022 shared her journey in the movie industry.

On her Instagram page, Phyna posted a clip from a movie while expressing her happiness about finally acting alongside her idol, Mercy Johnson.

“Hey guys, I finally did a film with my idol @mercyjohnsonokojie. I really had fun doing this one. Seat tight for PURITY NIGHTMARE,” she captioned the post.

In the comment section, Mercy Johnson replied by expressing how much she loves the Big Brother Naija star.

“My Phyna, love you loads baby,” she responded.

Josephine Ijeoma Otabor, a former Big Brother Naija winner, who is also known as Phyna, has advised single ladies not to settle for broke men.

The reality star urged Nigerian ladies to ensure they get married to rich men or endeavour to make their own money.

She gave the advice on her X (formerly Twitter) account.

Phyna wrote, “Las las marry who get money oooh Or you try get money ooooh as a woman. E get why. (Ready for the drags)”

Her post elicited mixed reactions, with many berating her for her “insensitive” advice.

BBNaija: Phyna Has Gotten Her Remaining Prizes – Whitemoney

Ex-BBNaija housemate,Whitemoney has disclosed that his colleague, Phyna has received her remaining prizes from the organisers and sponsors of the reality show.

Recall that Phyna, who won Season 7 of the reality show in 2022, has been calling out the organisers and their sponsors over incomplete prizes.

In a recent chat with YouTuber, Olufemi Daniel, Whitemoney confirmed that Phyna has now received her remaining prizes including the 1 BTC.

He stated that she confided in him during a recent meeting.

Whitemoney said, “I think she [Phyna] went the way she understands, the way she knows [calling out the organisers]. And it worked for her. She got everything. I was with her a few days ago and she showed me that she got her BTC.

“So that pattern worked for her. It might not work for you and I. But all of us have different approaches to things. So that’s the way she understands and she did it and it worked for her. She got her goods, she got her trip to Maldives, she got everything she deserved.”

Josephina Otabor, the controversial BBNaija star and actress, who is popularly known as Phyna, has contemplated staying unmarried after a recent experience.

The Big Brother Naija S6 winner told her followers on social media to “say no to marriage.”

Responding to a curious fan who asked what informed her decision, Phyna explained that she recently witnessed an incident of domestic violence which made her tired of the idea of marriage.

On her X handle, Phyna wrote: “Say no to marriage [cancel emoji].”

A fan asked, “But why?” to which the reality star responded, “I just saw a man panel beating his wife, I stopped to join the people already there to help stop the man …… but I must say he was a mad dog nobody got hold am……… thing just tire me.”

Phyna Impresses Fans, Reveals She Has Read 5 Books This Year

Popular reality star, Phyna has revealed the number of books she has read so far this year.
She opened up on social media leaving her fans impressed.
According to her, she has read 5 books so far this year.
The BBNaija star, who recently called out Multichoice over her unpaid prize, took to X to reminisce on the experiences she had had in her life so far.
She wrote:
“27 years in 10 days can be a lot of time or just the tip of an iceberg. It depends on how you want to see it. To me all these years have been precious. I feel each year, good or bad, has contributed a fraction into what I am today. I have learnt my own share of lessons in life.
 
From personal experience, five (5) books I’ve read so far this year and other peoples experiences. Today, I may not be able to pen all of them down, however, I will condense them into 27 brief “packages”. Life is journey and the lessons I collect are learning points.
 
Additionally, learning never stops. We need to be reminded and therefore we keep learning every waking day. My birthday in a bit 27 and successful ❤️💕🤗💃🏼”

Phyna Doesn’t Deserve BBNaija Prize Money – Ahneeka Says

Maryanne Ahneeka Iwuchukwu, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has slammed the Season 7 winner, Phyna, for publicly calling out the organisers of the reality show over incomplete prizes.

Recall that Phyna tearfully called out BBNaija organisers over unpaid 1BTC owed to her by one of the sponsors. According to her, the prize is now worth over N100 million.

Reacting, Ahneeka faulted Phyna for publicly calling out the organisers, saying it wasn’t “a wise idea.”

Featuring on the ‘Terms & Conditions’ podcast, the reality star stated that Phyna and other past winners don’t deserve their prizes to the extent of being entitled.

She said, “The thing about Phyna is, the thing that happens when you come out of Biggie’s house and out of nowhere, from 200 followers, you have millions of people, you think you are invisible.

“It happens to everybody. It takes thoughts and management to continue hustling.

“If truly the organisers are owing Phyna money and that could be a possibility, it’s still a job at the end of the day. She needed to have found an inner counsel. Maybe she has done that and tried to have a civil discussion and it didn’t work out, I don’t know.

“But if she thinks the best way is to blackmail them on social media, I don’t think it is wise. She could have easily not emerged as the winner.

“She could have easily been the runner-up. And people saying she deserves the money, listen to me, nobody deserves that money.”

Popular reality star, Phyna has revealed that she lost respect for Davido after he trolled and dragged her.
Davido had last year clashed with the singer after he liked a tweet trolling her fans, and feigned he didn’t know who she was.
Phyna recently took to her Twitter page to make a post, under which a netizen had told her that he lost respect for her after she decided to clash with his favorite, OBO.
In response, Phyna revealed that she also lost respect for OBO when he decided to stop so low to her level.

Reality star, Phyna has thrown her support behind Wizkid in his ongoing fight with Davido.
This is not something new as Phyna in the past had fallen out with Davido.
Recall that the BBNaija star had clashed with Davido in 2023 after the singer claimed not to know her.
Reacting to the beef between Davido and Wizkid on Twitter, she said she’s supporting Popsy, a name fans of Wizkid identifies with.

PCCSIGN Writes Multichoice Over Phyna’s Unpaid Prize Money

The Practitioners of Content Creating Skit-making and Influencers Guild of Nigeria (PCCSIGN) has called on Multichoice to pay BBNaija winner, Phyna her unpaid prize money.

PCCSIGN made the call in a memo addressed to Multichoice, organisers of the reality show.
Recall that Phyna had called out Big Brother Naija and Multichoice for failing to give her all the prizes and money she won on the show as they’re set to commence a new season.
The PCCSIGN submitted a memo to Multichoice requesting that they settle their overdue debt to Phyna, even though she pledged to remain silent on the issue in order to avoid being branded as ungrateful.
While sharing a photo of the memo, she noted that she has a great deal of respect for DSTV, Multichoice and BBNaija but she wants to get what she deserves.
She wrote: “This is a young Nigerian woman trying to get what she deserves. I have enough respect for ( MultiChoice, DSTV, and BBNaija ) but it is imperative that sponsors uphold their commitments to winners of the show.”
