Serie A: Osimhen Won’t Take Legal Action Against Napoli Over TikTok Row – Calenda Says

Victor Osimhen

Roberto Calenda, Victor Osimhen’s agent, has rescinded his decision to pursue legal action against Napoli following the recent controversy surrounding the mocking TikTok video.

The Nigeria international was infuriated by the two TikTok videos that went viral this week.

The first video mocked his penalty miss against Bologna and the second compared him to a coconut.

Napoli released a statement on the incident on Thursday night.

According to Italian publication, Gazzetta dello Sport, Calenda has decided not to file a lawsuit against Napoli following the release of their statement.

The Nigerian striker has two years remaining on his contract.

A renewal seems incredibly unlikely at this stage, making a departure within the next 12 months a realistic possibility.
