Nollywood actor Kunle Remi has gone viral online after playfully teasing his colleagues, Peggy Ovire and Taye Arimoro.

626Blaze News reported earlier this month that in a viral video shared by Arimoro, Taye accused Peggy and her crew of ass@ulting him on a movie set.

Narrating the incident, he claimed that Peggy instructed her driver to block his car to prevent him from leaving, and his car’s tyres were deflated. The actor showed visible injuries to his gums and lips.

Reacting to his claims, Peggy accused Taye of physically assaulting two crew members during a film shoot.

A CCTV footage from the incident later surfaced online, which showed Peggy lied about the incident. The actress was seen yanking her wig off, giving someone a phone and was ready to engage in a fight with Taye.

The actor has since filed a legal complaints against the popular actress, demanding a public apology and N100 million compensation.

Kunle, via his Instagram page, posted a video of himself tired at work as he remembered what became of Taye Arimoro following his incident with Peggy. The father of one got up and left the movie set in haste.

Nigerian actor, Kunle Remi has shared his experience being a first time dad.

Kunle Remi, the famous Nigerian actor, has tied the knot with his wife, Boluwatiwi in a traditional ceremony.

The traditional ceremony took place in Lagos State on Friday.

Before the ceremony, Remi posted a pre-wedding picture on his Instagram page, kneeling before Boluwatiwi with a goat around his neck.

Captioning the picture, he wrote, “Tiwi, I come to you humbly as a G.O.A.T with a goat. Are you ready to dance, Ayamii?”

However, photos and videos from the wedding have made their way to the internet.

At the traditional wedding were actors, actresses and Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola, a brother of the bride’s mother, among other dignitaries.

Kunle Remi, the Nigerian actor, has opened up, addressing his snub at the nominations of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA 2023.

Anikulapo, Kunle Afolayan’s 2022 movie, received the highest number of nominations at the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards.

Even though the movie was nominated in 15 categories with 16 nominations, Anikulapo’s lead actor, Kunle Remi, didn’t get one nomination.

The Anikulapo star, speaking on his exclusion from the AMVCA 2023 nomination list during an interview on the popular TV programme ‘Your View,’ brags that the snub did not in any way diminish him, his stylishness, fame or energy.

Asked about his opinion about the nomination, he said: “Nomination, well, I fell into the category of non-nominated artistes. It doesn’t reduce my value, fame and energy.”

Kunle Remi further revealed he is unshaken by the snub because his role as “Saro” was not taken because of an award but rather because of a challenge.

It was rumoured that Remi’s snub was a result of an interview he granted in which he alleged that a senior colleague tried to lure him into homosexuality.
