In Miami, Florida, the American music icon Burna Boy formally started his cannabis company.

The famous African musician Burna Boy has formally introduced his cannabis line in Miami, Florida, in the United States.

Burna Boy, a multi-award-winning musician and dynamic performer, has discovered his entrepreneurial side after launching his own cannabis brand called “BrkFst” in collaboration with the Jokes Up/Ice Kream group. The Black Cannabis Magazine confirmed this, adding that this became official on Friday, October 7, 2022.

Nigerian Afrobeats sensation and Grammy Award winner Burna Boy launched his brand BrkFst, a partnership with Jokes Up/ Ice Kream Friday, October 7th in South Beach, Miami.

Burna Boy is bringing his addition to the Cannabis Community by naming his brand BrkFst. Most smokers will resonate because they start the day with morning marijuana consumption, Breakfast; your first meal. Hence the slogan is #Brkfstisforsmokers

American DJ and song producer Khaled Mohamed Khaled, better known by his stage as DJ Khaled, has hinted that he may collaborate with Nigerian Afrobeats musician Burna Boy. 

DJ Khaled, a well-known admirer of featuring musicians, recently released a studio album titled “God Did,” which is currently dominating charts all over the world and selling in large quantities.

The DJ’s recent album, “God Did,” contained the song “God Did,” which featured Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Jay Z, John Legend, and American rising artist Fridayy, who had a hook that was almost identical to Burna Boy’s. This is when the controversy between DJ Khaled and Burna Boy first started.

President Buhari awards Burna Boy the MFR awards.

On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, Nigerian megastar Burna Boy received the honorary title of Member of the Order of the Federal Republic. 

In a ceremony conducted at the Government House Villa in Aso Rock on October 11, 2022, President Buhari gave honors to the 437 nominees for National Awards.

One of the 75 recipients of the Member of the Order of the Federal Republic honor was Afrobeats superstar Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy. 

Burna Boy’s father accepted the honor on his son’s behalf. It was given to him in honor of his ground-breaking achievements, which include being the first contemporary Nigerian artist to win a Grammy.

Black Sherif Unveils Tracklist For His Debut Album Titled “The Villain I Never Was”

The track list for Black Sherif’s debut album, “The Villain I Never Was,” has been revealed. Black Sherif is a Ghanaian musician and performing artist. 

The album’s featured artists have not yet been revealed by Black Sherif, however the tracklist already included their collaboration with Burna Boy on “Second Sermon Remix.” 

On Thursday, October 6, 2022, the artist claims that the album “The Villan I Never Was” will be released.

The 14-track album would also feature well-known songs like “Kweku The Traveller” and a Burna Boy remix of “Second Sermon.”

The most popular Nigerian musicians and songs on Apple Music since the service’s start more than seven years ago have been made available to celebrate Nigerian Independence Day. 

In honor of the upcoming Independence Day, Apple Music released a list of the greatest Nigerian songs ever, and it includes some of our favorites.

Under the banner of its “Oshe Naija” promotion, Apple Music recognized some of the most well-known songs and performers in Nigeria by publishing a list of the top Nigerian songs, albums, and artists of all time. 

Burna Boy took the top spot in the Top Nigerian Artists category, followed by Wizkid, Davido, and Fireboy DML and Tems, who came in at positions four and five for new-age artists, respectively.

The top song in the Top Songs of All Time category was Ckay’s Love Nwantiti, followed by Wizkid’s Tems-featuring Essence, Fireboy’s Peru, Ye, and Burna Boy’s Last Last, which came in fourth and fifth, respectively.

Wizkid’s Made In Lagos topped the list of all-time greatest Nigerian albums, followed by Burna Boy’s African Giant, Love Damini in third, Twice As Tall in fourth, and Tems’ For Broken Ears in fifth.

Ckay’s “Love Nwantiti” was the most shazammed Nigerian song of all time, followed by Rema’s “Calm Down” and Fireboy DML and Ed Sheeran’s “Peru.”

Thanks to the majority of the artists in these categories that Apple Music has featured, the Nigerian music business is today among the most well-known in the entire world.

Burna Boy, a superstar in Nigeria, has given an explanation for why people frequently misinterpret him. 

Burna Boy explained that he keeps being misunderstood by many people since he has chosen to withhold much of his personality from the public during an interview with the international media source Dazed while visiting the Caribbean island. 

He stated: “I tend to be misunderstood and the reason is that I have never really given anyone a chance to know who I am, and that’s what I tried to do.”

Burna added that he attempted to use his most recent album, Love, Damini, as a way to let people get to know him better. 

He stated: “I tried to use this album to allow people to get closer to me.”
