Reality actress Angel Smith has made waves on Instagram by flaunting her purported mystery boyfriend after her split with Soma.

Remember how, a few weeks prior, Gistreel revealed that, following the viral nature of their separation, Angel had unfollowed Soma and removed photos of their shared moments from her social media page?

To heighten the tension, the BBNaija star posted a picture of an enigmatic man, whose identity she has purposely kept a secret.

By tagging Soji Olaniyan in an Instagram picture, Angel lightheartedly addressed suspicions that he might be her new mystery boyfriend while making fun of followers’ attempts to figure out the puzzle.

Angel mockingly texted to Soji Olaniyan, “Dem say you be my new mystery man on the news o,” along with emoticons, in an attempt to put an end to the rumors.

However, Angel wisely opted not to directly address the claims of her breakup with Soma, thus the tweet has just served to feed rumors.

After reportedly splitting up with her boyfriend Soma and spending time with many “Yahoo” men, Angel made headlines over the weekend.

When Angel removed Soma’s pictures from her social media accounts after hanging out with her male pals, that too created a commotion.

As per certain social media users, Angel’s connection with her coworker Soma had been strained, leading her to spend more time with her male pals.

On her Instagram profile, Angel unfollowed Soma in response to reports of their breakup, which fueled further suspicions.

Angel Slams Married Women Against Friends Calling Their Husbands by Name

Reality star Angel Smith said she’s against married women who have an issue with friends calling their husbands by first names.
She took to her X page to make her point.
Angel deemed the practice absurd while some suggest addressing them as “Sir” or a respectful term.
She advocated for addressing spouses by the names they are known by and emphasised the need for people to prioritise more pressing matters, especially considering the current economic challenges in the country.
Angel Smith further expressed her preference for her friends to continue addressing her husband by the name he is known for before their marriage.
 
“As my friend, if you call my husband by his name wallahi I’ll first slap you and we’ll now fight (real fight o)and unfriend each other,” an X user wrote.
Angel responded: “Some of you women get married and become insane. “Mrs” now becomes your identity. What am I supposed to call my friend’s husband? Sir?? Or uncle? If I light you and him. Perhaps we will call him the conqueror, the champion, igwe 2 pac.”
In another post, she continued: “Will take into consideration the cultural differences between the genzs and millennials, boomers etc, cause I’m not calling my friend’s husband daddy anything except as a joke.”

The drama started a few days after Angel posted a video on her Instagram page that went viral showing off her opulent vacation home, a gorgeous $8,000 villa where she took time for herself.

All may not be well with Big Brother Naija All Stars lovebirds, Angel Smith and Somadina Anyama, aka Soma.
This followed revelations that they have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Recall that the lovebirds codenamed “Somgel” by fans fell in love in the just concluded BBNaija All Stars season.
The duo serenaded viewers with their onscreen chemistry in the just concluded show and their relationship was tipped by fans to continue outside the House.
They both revealed that they dumped their partners for each other.
However, a check on their Instagram handles by DAILY POST on Wednesday night, showed that they were no longer following each other on the platform.
As at press time, neither Angel nor Soma has revealed their reason for unfollowing each other but fans are worried about the development.

BBNaija All Stars: Angel, Ilebaye Prank Adekunle With Love Letter From CeeC

Angel Smith and Ilebaye, the Big Brother Naija All Stars housemates, have pranked colleague, Adekunle with a love letter from CeeC.

 

The duo plotted to prank Adekunle who is in a relationship with Venita with the aim of upsetting the latter.

Angel: “I said let me prank them, so I now wrote a love letter to Adekunle so that they would think it is CeeC [sic]. I spread CeeC’s perfume on the letter.

Ilebaye: “Adekunle would not really take it big. He would just let it slide.”

Angel: “I need Venita to be the first person to see the letter.”

Ilebaye: “That’s what I am saying. Adekunle is just going to take it slightly. He might just read it and let it go. But if she [Venita] is the one [to see it first], she would panic.”

Angel inserted the letter in Adekunle’s jacket, but unfortunately for them, he saw it before Venita did.

Adekunle has yet to discuss it with Venita at the time of writing this report.

Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Angel Smith has expressed surprise on her return to the reality show.
According to her, she never thought she would return to the reality show after all she has been through.
Angel, a star from season 6 of the reality show, said it was questionable for Biggie to have chosen her as one of the representatives from her set in the ongoing all-star edition.
She stated this during her diary session with Biggie on Tuesday afternoon.
Biggie asked: “How does it feel to be a BBNaija All Stars housemate?”
Angel responded: “Well, it is very questionable if Biggie was choosing housemates for the All Stars from my set and I was chosen. So yeah, It feels surreal.
 
“I didn’t think though that I still want to be back here with all that I’ve been through.”
