He added that Nigerians are “so loud,” especially the Yorubas.

Iwobi stated this in a recent interview with Kiss Fresh, London, United Kingdom.

The host asked, “What do you love about Nigerians and being Nigerian?”

Iwobi replied, “You can smell a Nigerian from a mile away. Our mannerisms are so Nigerian, especially Yoruba people. Yoruba people are so loud.

Barcelona Sack Manager Xavi, Just A Month After He Reversed His Decision To Quit At The End Of The Season

Spanish football powerhouse, Barcelona have sacked their manager Xavi.

Xavi was sacked with former Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick set to replace him.

Xavi will take charge of Barcelona for the final time on Sunday, when they host Sevilla in their last La Liga match of the season.

The 44-year-old, who had been contracted until 2025, was informed of the club’s decision during a meeting with club president Joan Laporta and sporting director Deco on Friday.

Former Spain midfielder Xavi announced in January that he would leave the Camp Nou, but he was persuaded to stay by Laporta in April.

But recent comments from Xavi, in which he opened up about the club’s financial struggles, are said to have angered Laporta.

Barcelona said they would like to “thank Xavi for his work as a coach” since taking charge in 2021.

The Catalans added confirmation about a “new structure” will be confirmed in the coming days, with Flick set to take charge.

Flick, 59, has been out of work since being sacked by Germany in September 2023.

Man United ‘Must Do Everything’ To Win FA Cup – Ten Hag

Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has urged his players to ensure they win the FA Cup against Manchester City.
According to him, Manchester United must “do everything” to reward the loyalty of the “best fans in the world” by winning the FA Cup.
This is as the team recorded its worst finish to a Premier League season.
Although United won 2-0 at Brighton on Sunday’s final day of the campaign, that was only good enough for eighth place — their worst position at the end of a season since they came 13th under celebrated manager Alex Ferguson in 1990.
Hopes of qualifying for Europe next season now rest on United beating Manchester City in next weekend’s FA Cup final.
And the result at Wembley could have a major bearing on whether the Dutchman keeps his job after a traumatic season at Old Trafford.
United will have the added incentive of trying to deny local rivals City another domestic double after Pep Guardiola’s side clinched an unprecedented fourth successive English title on Sunday.
But even if United lift the FA Cup, there is no disguising the pain of a league season in which the 20-time league champions suffered 14 defeats and finished with a negative goal difference.
United manager Ten Hag thanked United’s supporters for their backing after late goals from Diogo Dalot and substitute Rasmus Hojlund ensured Roberto De Zerbi’s last match as Brighton boss ended in defeat.
“We have the best fans in the world and I mean this,” said Ten Hag, whose squad has been blighted by injuries this season.
“I have never had this experience when you have a season like us, which is by far not good enough, that the supporters are with us.”
The 54-year-old added: “They are with us in the bad season and in bad times they are there. I think also they know why the bad times are there.

“But we have to pay them back and we have to do everything to give them a trophy next week — but also for the future, we have to perform better.”

Arteta Confirms Premier League Trophy Will Be At Emirates For Arsenal vs Everton

Mikel Arteta, the Arsenal manager, has affirmed that the Premier League trophy will be at the Emirates on Sunday, when they host Everton in their final fixture.

The Gunners have a slim chance of winning the title on the day if Manchester City drop points at home against West Ham.

Despite the disappointment of seeing City beat Tottenham to go top, Arteta still believes his side can come out on top on the final day of the season

Speaking to the Spanish media, Arteta said: “This is the nice part, fighting for the title until the last day.

“It will be the first time that the Premier League trophy will be there waiting at the Emirates since it was built, with red ribbons on it, because if we win and they don’t, it’s ours.”
