I’m Not New To Their Lies, This Is Tinubu’s Supporter – Mr Macaroni Reacts To R*pe Accusation

Nigerian skitmaker and Nollywood actor Debo Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has expressed outrage at a social media user over a r*pe accusation.

An 𝕏 user had accused Macaroni of r*ping a 17-year-old girl and used the police to oppress the victim’s family.

The statement reads, “This guy actually r*ped 17 year old girl and used police to oppress her family. Now he’s an activist?”

In response, Mr Macaroni pointed out that the allegation is from a supporter of President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC), stressing that he is not new to their lies.

He wrote, “Normally I shouldn’t respond to a tweet like this because i would just be giving it more Visibility. But because of the nature of the horrendous and distasteful accusation, I have to. This is a Tinubu and APC supporter.

“I am not new to their lies and attacks anytime I criticize their evil government! But this isn’t just any other attack, this is a false accusation of r*pe which any sane human being should never use as propaganda simply because I am holding our government accountable as every good citizen of this country should.

“But again, this is an APC supporter. I do not naturally expect any form of sanity or dignity from him or her. However if we don’t take actions against deranged individuals like this one, they will continue to infest society with their disease and project onto others who they really are.

“I checked their profile and saw that this is what they have been doing. Praising the President and government, then attacking anyone who dares criticise them. I would appreciate any information about this individual that can help us take necessary action against this raving lunatic.

“This tweet also serves as an opportunity to strongly refute this ridiculous accusation and any other kind from the infested supporters of the APC because I expect their disease to continue to spread as I won’t stop criticizing this abomination of a government!!!”

Wizkid Is My Senior In Music Industry – Olamide Clarifies

Famous Nigerian music star Olamide Baddo, has stated that his colleague Wizkid, 35, has been in the music industry longer than he has.

The duo gained prominence in 2010 with Wizkid gaining popularity with ‘Holla AT Your Boy’ released in January, and Olamide hitting the reckoning with ‘Eni Duro’ a few months later.

They were also both nominated in the Next Rated category at the 2011 Headies Awards, which Wizkid won.

Consequently, the popular notion has been that they are industry mates.

However, in a recent interview with streamer Azeeez, Olamide clarified that Wizkid is older than him in the music industry with about two years.

“Wizkid and I didn’t start doing music at the same time. He started a year or two before me, he was already putting out music before I came,”
Olamide stated.

It would be recalled that Wizkid was earlier featured in ace rapper M.I’s hit single ‘Fast Money/Fast Cars’ in 2008, about two years before he became famous.

Nigerian Actor Lege Miami Apologies To Stanley Nwabali, Says He Was Only Correcting Him (Video)

Content creator and actor Kehinde Adams, widely known as Lege Miami, has apologised to Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali for referencing his late father in a social media post.

Lege Miami said his comments were meant to correct Nwabali’s on-field performance, not to disrespect his late father.

In his post, he wrote: “First, I am sorry I mentioned your late dad that made you upset, but you don’t like listening to corrections. When they correct you, you like to act like a big man on the pitch.

“Your hanky-panky on the pitch is too much. You are supposed to give your colleagues courage, but you play with the ball inside the box. You do a lot of mistakes, we are trying to correct you.”

The exchange follows Nigeria’s failure to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup after losing to DR Congo in the African playoff—a result that sparked criticism of the national team and its players.

Earlier, Nwabali had warned Lege Miami to stop mentioning his late father while commenting on the team, saying such remarks were inappropriate.

“I’m not your regular type of footballer I go beat you mercilessly. You’re free to insult me, but remove my late dad’s name from your mouth.”
