Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Christy O sparks conversation online after she asked a question concerning South Africa.

Big Brother Titans reality tv show wrapped up on the 3rd of April, 2023. Some of the former hosuemates have linked u with their old friends and caught up with old times.

We have also seen many of the South African housemates enjoy Nigeria, as they have visited a couple of times.

However, BBNaija alumni, Christy O made an observation and took to her Twitter to bear her thoughts. Without referring anyone, she wondered if they have good MUAs and photographers in South Africa.

Efforts of Social media users to decipher who her Tweet is directed at have proven futile.

She wrote:

“No offense but don’t they have good MUA and Photographers in South Africa ? Like in Nigeria,even if you consider yourself the ugliest, our MUA and photographers will do a good job enhancing your beauty. #thinkingoutloud”

Kemi Olunloyo gives details on how alleged plans to kidnap Tiwa Savage was foiled

Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has alleged that there was an attempt to kidnap popular Afrobeats singer Tiwa Savage.

The self-styled investigative journalist revealed this in a post on her Instagram page.

Kemi Olunloyo claimed that an attempt had been made by Tiwa Savage’s domestic staff and some co-conspirators on Thursday, April 13, 2023.

According to Kemi Olunloyo, Tiwa Savage’s new driver had been feeding his co-conspirators information about the singers movements.

She wrote:

“Earlier today Thursday April 13th 2023, an attempt was made to KIDNAP Tiwa Savage in Lagos. A new domestic staff specifically a driver was passing information to his co-conspirators who have been trailing her as she left home for days. The guys have all been arrested with the help of vigilante style private security and they were handed to police at CID Alagbon in lkoyi. Celebrities be very careful and wary of your domestic staff at all times. Nigeria is very very dangerous these days. Dont post your children online or your home etc. Just post your WORK. Tiwa is OK and in seclusion. I haven’t spoken with her and police will brief the media soon.”

American Singer, Billie Eilish Reveals She’s Obsessed With Wizkid’s Song

American singer/songwriter, Billie Eilish has disclosed the song that she is currently obsessed with.

The ‘Ocean Eyes’ crooner revealed that ‘Flames’ by Nigerian Afrobeat star, Wizkid is her favourite song at the moment.

She revealed this during a question-and-answer session with her fans on Instagram.

A fan asked her “[what] song you are obsessed with these days?”.

Billie Eilish then replied with a picture of ‘Flames (Who’s Gonna Know)’ by Wizkid.

‘Flames’ was contained in the Nigerian singer’s fifth studio album ‘More Love, Less Ego’ which was released last year via Starboy Entertainment, Sony Music and RCA Records.

Davido Spent $60,000 On Teeth Whitening – Odumodublvck Reveals

Singer, Tochukwu Ojogwu aka Odumodublvck has made a startling revelation about Davido.
According to Odumodublvck, Davido spent a staggering $60k on his teeth.
Odumodublvck claimed the DMW boss revealed the sum to him via a video call.
He explained Davido laughed it off when he first asked him why his teeth were sparkly white. But eventually he responded on his second asking.
He wrote: “Davido’s teeth is 60k USD. How I take know? I see am for rell life. I say, ‘Guy, why your teeth white like this?” Him say, “Hahaha.”
 
He continued: “R video call me. I say guy: “Guy why your teeth white like this?” E say: “60k nigga!”
 
Amazed that someone had to spend that much for teeth whitening, the member of the Hip-Hop collective Anti World Gangstars added: “Wahala wah o! For teeth! Teeth o!!”

Abroad-based Nigerian singer cum comedian, Darlington Okoye aka Speed Darlington has revealed that he’s ready to settle down.
However, he added that he’s looking for a woman with a sensible backside.
According to the US-based entertainer, he’s interested in marrying a girl with not only a nice body but who’s ‘behind’ is heavily endowed, emphasising his unfathomable love for big backside.
He pointed out that he would willingly turn a blind eye to the woman’s excesses as long as she had a butt that made sense.
“I’m looking for a girl to marry. If you’re a girl with a nice body, I’m heavily into nyarsh (butt).
 
“I value nyarsh so much that I’m willing to do ‘eyes left’ to your bad character if the nyarsh makes sense (he closes his right eye and turns his head leftways to dramatise his point while he spoke),” the ‘Akamu’ singer added.
He held his right ear while stressing the woman shouldn’t expect relocating to the US. “You are not going to America! You are not going to America!!’ he said.
“If I wanted an American wife, I for marry black American or white American but I didn’t.
 
“You will stay at home while I go to America and come back from time to time,” he stated.

Popular Nigerian musician, Adekunle Gold has sent a message to his haters.
According to the afro-highlife singer, he will show trolls ‘pepper’ this 2023.
He made this known in a new video making rounds on social media.
Making known his intention for his detractors, the “Party No Dey Stop” singer said: “I just want to announce that this is the year that I’ll be pressing your necks real bad. Get ready!”
This is coming after an ardent fan of Burna Boy on Twitter accused AG Baby of copying his ‘idol’, stating it was getting really obvious and upsetting by the day.
The tweep, Benny claimed not only had Adekunle Gold copied Burna’s style of dressing but also his posture, smile and associating with the ‘Last Last’ singer’s pals.
Benny claimed the ‘Sinner’ singer would soon enough take the ‘copying’ act to the next level at which point he’d start reproducing Burna Boy’s songs.
 
“The Burna Boy plagiarism is really so obvious and very annoying at this point. Man can’t you just be yourself? Same posture, same glasses, same smile. Wtf?! It’s been going on for a while now and we need to speak on it.
 
“Now he’s already linking with Odg’s pals. The most annoying part of it all is that he doesn’t acknowledge that he copies Odg in anyway”, he said referring to a recent photo that captured AG Baby posing with Israel Adesanya, Usman Kamaru and others during their celebratory party at a club after Stylebender’s knockout victory over Alex Pereira.

Rema’s Growth Makes Me Believe In Miracles – Davido

Superstar Nigerian singer, Davido has said that he is proud of the achievements of his juniour colleague, Rema.

He said the youngster’s musical exploits made him believe in “miracles”.

Davido stated this in a recent interview with Kiss FM, London, United Kingdom.

The Omo Baba Olowo crooner, while recounting how Rema used to come to his mansion with his record label boss, D’Prince, as a shy and quiet boy, said he was impressed with his growth as an artist.

He said, “I saw Rema in New York two days ago. And I hugged him and I was like ‘I’m so proud of you’. Because I remember like him coming to my house with D’Prince back then. And chilling quiet in my living room. He didn’t say a word, not knowing that he is going to have the highest charting Afrobeats song ever [on Billboard Hot 100] with ‘Calm Down’ with Selena Gomez. That is crazy!”

“You know, he’s just a kid from Benin and then you see that happen, it makes you like believe in miracles,” he added.

Davido described afrobeats as an avenue for a lot of people to escape poverty in Africa.

He slammed the government for not doing enough to tackle poverty.

He, however, expressed joy that Nigeria and the African continent are blessed with entertainment that can be used to alleviate poverty.

Rema was introduced to music fans in 2019 with his eponymous extended play (EP) which housed hits such as Dumebi, Iron Man, Corny and others.

In April 2023, his song ‘Calm Down’ which features American superstar, Selena Gomez peaked at Number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming the highest-charting Afrobeats song in the history of the chat.

This Will Be A Lesson To Others – Actor Jigan Baba Oja To Sue Mohbad For N100M Over His Upcoming Song

Popular Nollywood actor, Jigan Baba Oja has disclosed that he would file a lawsuit against singer, Mohbad for his lyrics in his new upcoming song, “Ask About Me”.

Mohbad will release his song titled “Ask About Me” on Friday 14th of April, 2023. However, it seems he has found himself in trouble even before the song will be released.

This threat from Jigan comes after he carefully listened to the lyrics from the snippet that the former Marlian artist released where he was mocking the actor’s disability.

This is not the first time an artist has sung to mock the artist due to his deformity. Recently, Jigan called out Asake for mocking him in one of his popular songs.

According to Jigan, he will sue Mohbad so as to serve as a lesson to others.

“I am taking this up against @iammohbad and I am going to charge him 100 million! This will sound like a big lesson to others!,” he wrote.

Superstar Nigerian artist, Bella Shmurda has said that he became successful without receiving help from anyone.

The singer, who stood up for his friend, Mohbad during his label clash revealed that he has worked hard to get all he wants.

Taking to Twitter, Bella shared a tweet where he affirmed that he built his way up and pulled every string by himself. He added that if anyone comes forward to lay claims on something they did for him, it’s false.
