Seyi Tinubu Is Threatening My Life – VeryDarkMan Cries Out (Video)

Popular Nigerian influencer and social critic VeryDarkMan has publicly called out Seyi Tinubu, son of Bola Tinubu, over an alleged threat to his life.

Verydarkman made the allegation on Friday afternoon in a viral video on Instagram.

This comes amid an ongoing rivalry between Verydarkman and popular content creator King Mitchy.

Recall that King Mitchy, who recently renovated a public school within six days with financial support from Seyi Tinubu, engaged in an exchange with Verydarkman over her failure to account for public donations she received since 2025.

In response, Verydarkman accused Seyi Tinubu of sponsoring King Mitchy’s charity work.

However, in a new video on his Instagram page, Verydarkman called on the general public to hold Seyi Tinubu and King Mitchy accountable should anything happen to him.

While accusing Seyi Tinubu of threatening his life, he said: “Nigerians, with respect to what’s going on now, they are beginning to threaten my life. Seyi Tinubu and King Mitchy are threatening my life. Last night, this is the chat King Mitchy sent to my friend, Kokopee. And this is part of the chat. She said, ‘Hold VDM ooo. Either we talk on the phone and settle this, because the matter don serious ooo. Seyi just called me now to explain everything. Talk to VDM because what I heard just now, hmmm, I’m afraid.’

“Seyi go far ooo. Na me know wetin he tell me on phone. Protect your bro. My life is being threatened. I just want to put it out there that if anything happens to me, it’s King Mitchy and Seyi. They both know what they’ve spoken on the phone. King Mitchy is so scared that she wants to come and meet me so that we can quickly settle to appease Seyi because Seyi is so angry. Seyi Tinubu is so influential and powerful that he can command the IGP and DSS boss. Anything Seyi likes, he can do. I want Nigerians to know that it is because I am speaking about the evil of this government that Seyi Tinubu is coming for me.

“A threat to my life has been issued. If anything should happen to me and my close ones, hold @seyitinubu and King Mitchy responsible. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I DON’T FEEL SAFE. Seyi Tinubu has the power and connections. I DON’T FEEL SAFE,” he said.

UTME: JAMB Reacts To Reports Of Registration Fee Hike

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has refuted reports alleging an increase in the registration fees for its Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and Direct Entry.

JAMB made this clarification in a statement by its spokesperson, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, on Friday.

According to JAMB, its registration fees remained unchanged at N7,200 (without mock examinations), N8,700 (with mock exams), and N5,700 for DE, respectively.

The Board insisted that claims of registration fees hike are false, misleading, and entirely unfounded.

“These fees have remained unchanged since 2019. It is pertinent to recall that in 2018, the Federal Executive Council approved a reduction in the UTME application fee from N5,000 to N3,500, with effect from the 2019 registration exercise.

“Since the government-approved reduction, the Board has maintained the same fee structure without any increase, despite rising operational costs,” the statement reads.

I’m A Christian But I Use Charms – Sunday Igboho Opens Up

Sunday Adeyemo, the Yoruba nation agitator, who is popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has stirred reactions after disclosing that he is a Christian who also makes use of traditional charms.

The activist made this known in a video going viral on social media.

In the clip, he was speaking before a group of traditional rulers, where he talked about his religious background, family history, and spiritual life.

He explained that being a Christian does not stop him from making use of charms.

Igboho said he was born into a Christian home and grew up in the church.

However, he also stated that he was trained in traditional practices from a young age.

According to him, his father is a known babalawo based in Modakeke, and this influenced his knowledge of traditional spirituality.

He added that he relates to people of different religions and does not see a problem in combining beliefs.

While speaking, he mentioned Islamic cleric Muideen Ajayi Bello as an example of someone from a different faith, saying that religion does not prevent interaction among people with different backgrounds.

Sunday Igboho was born in Igboho, a historic town in the Oke-Ogun area of Oyo State.

His family later moved to Modakeke in Osun State, where he spent his early years.

He said, “I am a Christian, but I use charms. I do all religions. Even Islamic father, Muideen Ajayi Bello is a Muslim, I am a Christian. I was born in church, but I do charms. I was trained in the act. Everyone knows my father is a babalawo in Modakeke.”

Champions League Round of 16 Teams Confirmed: Not Just the Usual Giants, Galatasaray, Real Madrid, PSG and More Join the Fray

The 2025/26 Champions League round of 16 is set with 16 teams, including surprises like Bodø/Glimt and Galatasaray. See who qualified via playoffs, the big names, and the most exciting matchups to watch after the February 27 draw.

Champions League 1/8 Finals Participants 2025/26: Full List and Key Storylines Ahead of Draw

The Champions League knockout stage is taking shape, and honestly, it’s more open than many expected. All 16 spots for the round of 16 are now filled after the playoff ties wrapped up. Eight teams sailed through the league phase straight to this stage, while the other eight had to battle through those tense two-legged playoffs. For supporters tracking every twist via free livescore football, this is where the real drama begins.

Look, this isn’t the usual lineup of only superclubs dominating everything. Sure, the heavy hitters are there, but some underdogs punched way above their weight to join them.

Teams That Skipped the Playoffs (Direct to Round of 16)

These sides finished in the top eight of the league phase and got a bye. No extra games, just straight into March’s action:

  • Arsenal
  • Bayern Munich
  • Liverpool
  • Tottenham
  • Barcelona
  • Chelsea
  • Sporting CP
  • Manchester City

That’s a lot of Premier League and big European names. They earned the rest and the seeding advantage in the draw.

Playoff Winners Who Made It Through

The real drama came in the playoffs. These teams fought their way in, often against tough opponents:

  • Galatasaray (edged out Juventus in a wild aggregate with extra time)
  • Real Madrid
  • PSG
  • Atalanta (beat Borussia Dortmund)
  • Bayer Leverkusen (solid win over Olympiacos)
  • Bodø/Glimt (huge shock, knocked out Inter Milan)
  • Newcastle United (overpowered Qarabag)
  • Atlético Madrid (ran riot against Club Brugge, including a Sorloth hat-trick in one leg)

Bodø/Glimt’s run stands out the most. A small Norwegian club, with their domestic season barely started, took down Inter, last season’s finalists, 5-2 on aggregate. They even won at San Siro. That’s the kind of story that makes the Champions League special. Not every year do you see a team from Norway’s far north this deep.Galatasaray also turned heads by getting past Juventus, showing Turkish football can still mix it with the elite.

Why This Round of 16 Feels Different

Not all qualifiers are the perennial top clubs. Real Madrid and PSG had to go through playoffs, something you don’t see often from those two. Madrid, with their history, still needed to grind out results against Benfica. PSG handled Monaco. It shows even giants can slip in the new league-phase format. But the underdogs add spice. Newcastle back in the mix with their Saudi-backed push.Atalanta is always dangerous in knockouts. Leverkusen is carrying last season’s momentum. And Bodø/Glimt, pure fairytale stuff. The seeded teams (top eight) avoid each other in the round of 16, so no Arsenal vs Bayern early. But the unseeded playoff winners can land anyone. That opens doors for big clashes.

Most Intriguing Things to Watch After the Draw

The draw happens on February 27, and it’ll set up some mouth watering ties. Here are the ones I’m most curious about:

  • Bodø/Glimt’s next adventure. They could face Manchester City again (they already beat them once in the league phase) or Sporting. Imagine the Arctic Circle hosting Pep’s side in March snow.
  • Galatasaray vs one of the English giants. Possible Liverpool or Tottenham matchup. The Türk Telekom Stadium atmosphere would be insane for an away Premier League team.
  • Real Madrid against a top seed. They drew Sporting or City in potential paths. Madrid in knockout mode is always scary, but facing City again would be fireworks.
  • PSG vs Barcelona or Chelsea. Mbappé gone, but PSG still loaded. A reunion with Barca or a London battle could get messy.
  • Atléticovs Liverpool or Tottenham. Simeone loves these gritty ties against English sides. Highintensity, cardseverywhere.
  • Atalanta or Leverkusen vs Arsenal/Bayern. Both Italian/German sides play open, attacking football. Could produce thrillers.

First legs March 10-11, seconds March 17-18. No room for error now.

This season’s format has shaken things up. More teams get a shot, and we’ve seen shocks. The usual suspects are still favourites, but don’t count out the newcomers. Bodø/Glimt has already proven that anything can happen.Whoever you support, the next few months look packed with proper European nights. The full set of UEFA Champions League fixtures drops tomorrow, and expect some chaos. Get ready for some proper drama.

At Least They Didn’t Say I Wasn’t Good In Bed – Actress Anita Joseph’s Estranged Husband, MC Fish Throws Shade

MC Fish, the former husband of Nollywood actress Anita Joseph, has stirred fresh conversation online following a recent post many believe was directed at his ex-wife.

Taking to his Snapchat page, the entertainer shared a statement that appeared to reference the various allegations and criticisms that have trailed him since their split.

In the post, MC Fish suggested that despite everything that has been said about him, there is one accusation no one has made.

“Inside everything wey dem talk at least them no talk say I no good in bed,” he wrote in pidgin English.

While he did not mention Anita Joseph by name, the timing and tone of the message have fueled speculation that it may have been a subtle jab. The comment quickly drew reactions from followers, with some interpreting it as humor and others seeing it as a deliberate attempt to throw shade.

Interestingly, his remark touches on a pattern often seen during messy celebrity breakups. In heated separations, it is not uncommon for former partners to make claims about their ex’s bedroom performance as a way of shaming or embarrassing them publicly.

Such allegations frequently become part of the online narrative, especially when emotions are running high. Against that backdrop, MC Fish’s statement appears to preemptively address — or even mock — that possibility.

So far, Anita Joseph has not publicly responded to the post.

Super Eagles: Why I Asked NFF For $130,000 Monthly Salary, Made 19 Demands – Eric Chelle Opens Up

The head coach of the Super Eagles, Eric Chelle, has confirmed that he presented specific conditions to the Nigeria Football Federation regarding a new contract.

Chelle has been locked in negotiations with the National Sports Commission, NSC, since he led the team to a third-place finish at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in January.

However, some of the details were leaked to the media.

Reports claimed Chelle asked for €130,000 monthly alongside improved working conditions.

Chelle has now confirmed the circulated docuement is authentic and questioned how it became public.

“Today, if I’m being honest, I don’t really know. The first question I ask myself is how this document could have ended up in the media.

“That’s the question I’m asking myself,” he said in an interview with histoiresdefootpodcast.

Chelle also explained that the salary figure was in dollars, not euros.

And according to the Malian, the amount would cover the wages of his technical crew.
