Afrobeats star, Wizkid has stated that he has no hate for anyone following his recent tweets.
Amidst the ongoing drama between fans of Wizkid and Davido, sparked by a misinterpreted tweet, Wizkid has come forward to clarify his statement and debunk any notions of hatred towards his colleague.
In a recent tweet, Wizkid stated, “Don’t mix my tweets up. I have no hate in my heart for no man,” emphasizing his peaceful intentions.
In another tweet, he humorously advised his followers to “Smoke a joint before u read any of my tweets moving forward,” suggesting that his messages should be read with a relaxed and open mind, avoiding misinterpretations.
By clearing the air, Wizkid aims to put an end to the unnecessary feud and focus on spreading love and positivity through his music and online presence.
Wizkid, the world-famous Nigerian Afrobeats singer, has praised veteran Nigerian producer and music executive, Don Jazzy for his “amazing” nature.
The commendation follows their recent fallout on social media.
Recall that Wizkid shaded Don Jazzy after his signee Ladipoe seemingly ridiculed him in an X post for claiming that ‘hip hop is dead’.
After a fan alerted Wizkid to the post, he reacted by saying, “Lol, never chatting with anyone signed to an influencer. Next.”
He also retweeted two tweets suggesting that he referred to Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy as an influencer.
Don Jazzy reacted by unfollowing Wizkid on Instagram.
It appears the duo have put away their differences as Don Jazzy recently appreciated Wizkid for endorsing his signee, Ayra Starr’s sophomore album, ‘The Year I Turned 21.’
On Thursday, Wizkid took to his X handle to hail Don Jazzy, describing him as an “amazing human.”
He wrote, “Don jazzy! amazing human! [Love and eagle emojis].”
Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Wizkid has declared himself as the “flyest man on earth.”
The singer, recently seen in Paris, sparked discussions about passersby seemingly not recognizing him, with critics suggesting his songs are no longer popular.
In a recent post on his Instastories, the “Essence” hitmaker proclaimed himself the flyest man in the entire world and shared some new photos.

Nigerian rapper, MI Abaga, has disclosed how Afrobeats star, Wizkid was offered a huge amount of money by a certain political party during the 2023 presidential elections.
According to MI, the party recognized Wizkid’s significant social influence and attempted to buy his support.
However, Wizkid declined the offer, choosing to remain neutral in the political landscape.
MI disclosed that he was also offered 20 times more than Wizkid’s proposed amount by the opposing party, PDP.
This revelation highlights Wizkid’s commitment to staying apolitical, unlike some of his colleagues who have publicly endorsed political candidates.
Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, the famous Nigerian Afrobeats singer, who is popularly known as Wizkid, has announced that his sixth studio album would be dedicated to his late mum, Jane Morayo Balogun.
The ‘Ojuelegba’ hitmaker made the announcement in a video message shared via his social media on Saturday.
He also disclosed that the album titled ‘Morayo’ in honour of his mum would be released “very soon.”
Wizkid said, “My album ‘Morayo’, dedicated to my mum, the love of my life, drops very soon. Don’t dull. Don’t sleep.”
Recall that Wizkid’s mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, died on August 18, 2023, in London.
The singer said the pain of losing his mum ‘hurts deeply’.
He said, “The pain is profound.”
MAVINS Records boss, Don Jazzy has taken to the X platform to appreciate Wizkid for endorsing the sophomore album of his signee, Ayra Starr.
The producer has now resolved any impression of a rift between them following their recent social media fallout.
Wizkid had taken to his X handle to endorse the album which dropped Friday.
Sharing the album cover and streaming link, Wizkid wrote: “Superstar [love and eagle emojis].”
Don Jazzy reposted Wizkid’s tweet with the caption; “Thanks Big Wiz [eagle emoji].”
