Controversial street singer Habeeb Olalomi Oyegbile known as Portable has paid tribute to late singer, Mohbad in his new song titled “Alimi”.
In his song, Portable sang about MohBad’s troubles while alive and the public figures accused of tormenting the late artiste.
The new song by Portable reflects the need for justice for the late musician, whose passing raised questions about possible foul play.
In the song titled, “Alimi”, the self-styled ‘Wahala’ musician eulogized the late rapper while hinting at the problems he battled during his lifetime.
The 27-year-old rapper’s demise which occurred on September 12, has continued to raise dust, stirring heated controversies online.
The incident which has been termed ‘tragic’ by many, sparked nationwide rallies with thousands of youths staging candlelight processions in his honour both home and abroad.
Heeding the people’s demand for justice for the deceased, the authorities swung into action with an investigation to unravel the truth about his death.
An autopsy was carried out on the singer’s corpse last week on Thursday, September 21 with the results being awaited.
