Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel has announced N5 million prize for a challenge on his new song, ‘Showa’.
He made the announcement on his Instagram page.
According to him, the winner of the #SHOWACHALLENGE will be decided by the majority of followers.
Kizz Daniel added that the female winner of the contest would receive N4 million while the male winner would receive N1 million, sparking online excitement.
He posted a video of BBNaija reality TV stars Saga and Modella demonstrating their acting abilities as they took on the music challenge”.
The nostalgic single ‘Showa’ is a deep love ballad from Kizz Daniel’s latest EP album ‘TZA’, which is creating waves on music streaming platforms.
The video showed Saga and Modella expressing their love for one another while wearing several attractive attire and switching between them in sync to the music.
Kizz Daniel captioned the video: “5m for the best duo on this challenge – 4m for the woman, 1m for the man. Y’all be the Judge #SHOWACHALLENGE BY @sagadeolu & @apet_modella”.

Kizz Daniel, the stage name of Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, a Nigerian singer, has revealed something.

He confessed that when sober, he is unable to record music.

This was said by Kizz on Wednesday, March 6 during a Q&A session on his X account.

He also responded to inquiries about why, after declaring he had stopped, he kept smoking.

“Vado, can you give up smoking?” Kizz Daniel answered a fan’s question by saying, “Not that easy, my bro, I’m trying.”

He said, “No, I can’t,” when asked if he could give up alcohol as well. Sober up, I can’t record. I adore my family, yet there are moments when they are dull.

Recall that the musician declared he had given up smoking on May 1, 2022, his 28th birthday.

The father of twins claims that his children and people who truly love him were the reasons behind his choice to give up the habit.

In the Instagram video, he declared, “I quit to celebrate my birthday and for the sake of my kids and those that genuinely love me.”

For the sake of their health, he also counseled other smokers to give up the habit.

Kizz Daniel will follow through on his promise to fly a fan to the UK once Nigeria wins the 2023 AFCON.

Following Nigeria’s qualifying for the AFCON 2023 final, Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has pledged to fly fans to the United Kingdom.

To get to the final, Nigeria had to defeat South Africa.

In a tweet, the singer had pledged to pay for the fan’s flight to the UK.

If Nigeria wins South Africa, the fan has arranged with Kizz Daniel to have him attend his upcoming gig at the Ovo Arena in the UK.

The fan asked, “Vado, take me to your next show, ovo arena, if super eagle wins today.”

Kizz Daniel said, “This I promise you… X is my witness 🤞🏿,” in acknowledgment of the wager.

However, Nigeria defeated South Africa, winning 4-2 on penalties after a 1-1 deadlock at 120.

Kizz Daniel Reacts To Claim Of Being Arrested In Ivory Coast For Allegedly Collecting Money And Refusing To Perform

 

Kizz Daniel, the popular Nigerian music star, has reacted to claims of being arrested in Ivory Coast for allegedly collecting money and refusing to perform.

The singer in a statement shared on his Instagram page stated that his agent signed a contract which had the clause “no money, no performance”.

He further revealed that he agreed to fly in and perform, in spite of an excuse of “bank transfer delay” and a promise of receiving his performance fee when he arrives the country.

Kizz Daniel also disclosed that he went ahead to perform despite not receiving his money, but had to stop after his team was attacked backstage. The singer also revealed that he was not arrested and has left the country.

My Children Brought Out The Human In Me – Kizz Daniel

Star musician, Oluwatobi Daniel Anidugbe aka Kizz Daniel has revealed how the birth of his children changed his life.
He spoke when he featured as a guest on the latest episode of the Afrobeats Podcast hosted by Adesope Olajide.
Speaking on the show, the entertainer noted that his children changed him.
He stated that having children brought out a different sort of humanness in him, making him more social and understanding.
The ‘Shuperu’ crooner stated that being a father makes him want to be a good person, adding that he appreciates the person he has become because of his children.
He said: “Having my kids just made me more human and I appreciate it so much. I can relate with people and connect with people more and I always want to be a good person.”
Speaking of the training he is imbibing in his children, he said he is more of a strict father and a jovial one.
 
“I’m training them to be militants, I have a strong hand, I no dey form Kizz Daniel with them. It’s even their uncle that is spoiling them,” he continued.
In 2021, the singer welcomed his twin boys Jelani and Jalil, who were born on his birthday May 1.
The news was welcomed with great joy by his fans and fellow celebrities with congratulatory messages overflowing.
Following that, Daniel then revealed that his partner birthed triplet boys but they unfortunately, lost the third four days after birth.
He vowed to be a great father to his boys and bought the infant boys’ penthouse apartments in Lekki to that effect.
The singer has mostly kept his children out of the spotlight but continues to train them like a militant as he said.
