BBNaija Star, Ilebaye Reveals Date Of Angel And Soma’s Wedding

Ilebaye Odiniya, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has revealed the date of her colleagues, Angel and Soma’s wedding.

She disclosed that the duo will tie the knots in January next year.

She revealed this in a video message with Angel making the rounds on the internet.

However, the Big Brother Naija ‘All-Stars’ edition winner did not disclose a specific date.

Ilebaye: “We are not supposed to announce it yet, the [Angel and Soma’s] wedding is next year January. Oh my God, I just exposed you guys.”

Angel also flashed her engagement ring on the camera.

Recall that Angel and Soma started dating on the ‘All-Stars’ edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show last year.

The duo revealed that they were in relationships before coming on the show but were ready to sacrifice their relationships for each other.

Their relationship has continued to blossom even after the show despite occasional rumours of their breakup.

Big Brother Naija All Stars winner, Ilebaye Odiniya has specially appreciated the role Multichoice, organisers of Big Brother Naija reality show played in her life.
The reality star while thanking the brand, said it’s really a good privilege.

Speaking on her fashion sense, Ilebaye revealed she is inspired by Gen Z Baddie, adding that she is her own fashion icon.

“My outfit is inspired by Gen Z Baddie. I am my own fashion icon.
 
Gateful to God for using Big Brother to make me the Star that I am. It’s a really good privilege”, she said.

I’ve Received My BBNaija Prize Money – Ilebaye Says

Ilebaye Odiniya, the Big Brother Naija Season 8 winner, has revealed that she has received her prize money from the organisers.

Recall that Ilebaye pocketed N120 million after she won the All-Star edition of the reality show in October last year.

In a recent Instagram live session with fans, she confirmed that she has received the prize money.

Her revelation came after Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, Phyna called out the organisers, claiming that she has not yet received the N100 million she won from the show in 2022.

Ilebaye said, “I have received my [BBNaija prize] money. I haven’t even touched tiny part of it. My money haven’t finished. I haven’t touched my prize money. And this is a fact.”

The clash between the duo apparently got more heated and raised eyebrows after they unfollowed each other on the social media platform.

Sharing a hint on the reason behind their clash, Phyna claimed that Ilebaye was ungrateful despite all her efforts towards her success in the show.

Big Brother Naija, ‘All-stars’ winner, season, Ilebaye Odiniya, has opened up on the struggles of adjusting to the lifestyle of being the youngest millionaire.

Recall that the reality TV star defeated her close rival, Mercy Eke, to clinch the grand prize of N120 million.

Speaking at a recent ‘meet and greet’ session in honour of BBNaija ‘All-Stars’ housemates, hosted in Lagos by the digital financial services provider, Moniepoint Inc, Ilebaye said life has been stressful both online and offline.

According to the Kogi State-born, ‘it’s been all love and light from her fans, and she is working on creating a better version of herself.

She said, “It’s been stressful on social media and everywhere, especially the media rounds. I haven’t seen hate. If you drag me, my fans will drag you back. I am trying to get adjusted to this new me, and I am working on creating a better version of myself.”

The former housemates at the meet and greet event also shared their experiences of using the services of Moniepoint on their personal and business banking platforms since leaving the show.

Why I’ll Change My Phone Number – BBNaija All Stars Winner, Ilebaye

Ilebaye Odiniya, the Big Brother Naija All Stars winner, has revealed that she would change her mobile phone number due to her new status.

She said she doesn’t keep friends because of her experience with friendship betrayals.

The Kogi-born model, however, said she has people she talks to but haven’t had time to communicate with them since winning the reality show.

Speaking in a recent chat with media personality Hero Daniels, Ilebaye said, “Before going to the Big Brother House, I didn’t have friends. I just have people who I talk to.

“But I didn’t have someone I could call a friend. Because I have had a lot of people betray me in the past. So, I cut off friendship. But I’ve people I talk to.

“However, I haven’t really had time to chat with them since winning the show. I haven’t changed my number. I haven’t gotten in touch with anybody yet. Maybe when I’m done with my media rounds.”

Asked if she is going to change her number, the reality star said, “Yeah, I have to.”

The show host, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, announced her as the winner during the show finale on Sunday

She won the N120 million cash prize and other prizes from the sponsors of the show.

The finalists were, Ceec, Mercy, Ilebaye, Adekunle, Pere and Cross.

Earlier, Cross, Pere, Adekunle, Ceec were evicted from the show.

BBNaija’s House Guest Omashola Predicts All-Stars Winner

Big Brother Naija All-Stars evicted houseguest Omashola aka Sholzy has revealed the likely winner of the All Stars edition.
According to him, a female housemate will emerge winner of the season.
He said any of the three most talked about female housemates in the house, Ilebaye, Mercy Eke and CeeC could win it.
He said he would be happy if any of them emerges winners, stressing that he was delighted that the trio had all booked their spots in the final.
Omashola said the trio were among his BFFs during his tenure as Head of House because he was close to all of them.
He spoke in an interview with content creator Phindzzz.
He said: “I have my three favourite housemates up there in the final already: Mercy, Ilebaye, and CeeC. Those are my girls.
 
“I’m happy with them. We had a nice bond. That’s why I picked three of them as my BFFs, because I love them equally. I love their vibe. They make me laugh, and I make them laugh equally.
 
“So, if any of them wins, I’m happy with it. If any of them wins, I go still get small cut from them.”
Omashola however pointed out Cross is also a strong contender for the prize.
