Wizkid Live In An Exclusive Performance By Apple Music In London.

Wizkid, a multi-platinum selling and Grammy Award-winning sensation, would do a live performance unlike any other at The Roundhouse in London and would be streamable on Apple Music in over 165 countries.

On September 27, 2022, a live recording of this historic concert would be made. Big Wiz is rumored to sing brand-new songs from his upcoming album, “More Love, Less Ego.”

The latest performer on Apple Music Live, the live concert series that gives the biggest names in music a platform to engage with audiences around the world, will be Wizkid. Apple Music Live, which was introduced this spring, has previously included only live streams of concerts by international superstars Harry Styles, Lil Durk, Mary J. Blige, and Luke Combs.

Wizkid disclosed: “Apple Music has always been a supporter of my career and a major tool in connecting me with my fans.

Wizkid

Collaborating with them on something like this is special. I’m excited to debut new music from my forthcoming album ‘More Love, Less Ego’ and share my Apple Music Live show with fans across the world.”

Wizkid’s much-anticipated new single, “Bad To Me,” was released earlier this month via Starboy/Sony Music International/RCA Records.

The song, which was created by Wizkid’s longtime producer P2J (also known for his work with Beyoncé, Doja Cat, and Burna Boy), is a statement of lust in its purest form, with sensual sounds over a pounding beat that only heightens the tension.

He continued by citing figures like Adekunle Gold, Ycee, Dotman, Fireboy DML, Naira Marley, Pheelz, Young Jonn, and Asake to support his claim.

The year’s biggest rave artist, Asake, released his debut album on September 8th, 2022, following the release of several top-charting singles.

The much awaited album was warmly received and has broken new records both inside and outside of Nigeria, continuing his impressive streak.

Set New Apple Music Africa Record

“Mr. Money With The Vibe” has become the African album with the most first-day streams as well as the most opening three-day streams, setting a new record on Apple Music.

Mr. Money With The Vibe by Asake is the first album in TurnTable Charts history to feature seven tracks in the top ten.

Additionally, Asake’s debut album made history by becoming the first album whose whole tracklist occupied the top 12 positions on Apple Music Nigeria’s Top 100.

The highest-charting Nigerian album to debut on the Billboard 200

On the chart week of September 24th, 2022, the album debuted at position 66. It is now the highest-charting debuting Nigerian album as a result.

Additionally, ‘Mr. Money With The Vibe’ climbs the chart to become the fourth-highest ranking Nigerian album.

Mr. Money With The Vibe reached a new peak after reaching the number 2 spot on the Billboard World Album Chart in the chart week ending on September 24, 2022.

If Zinoleesky had been signed to Olamide’s YBNL label, do you think he would have performed better?

With the signing of some of the best and most promising musical stars, Naira Marley’s Marlian Records has over the years revealed itself to be nothing more than a “cruise label” in disguise.

Naira Marley announced the debut of his label on December 30, 2019, during the Marlian Fest, with the automatic signing of 4 acts: Zinoleesky, Mobhad, Fabian Blu, and C Black.

Despite this, Zinoleesky has shown he has what it takes to compete for the top spots in the Nigerian music industry by releasing hit after hit and fiercely competing for the “Next-Rated” award, which he ultimately lost to Buju. A prize that his employer Naira Marley didn’t get any credit for.

Zinoleesky

Because Zinoleesky evidently isn’t receiving the proper vibe to help him become greater than he already is, his potential keeps being constrained in his label.

Despite having everything necessary to do so, Zinoleesky has never been the star of a show; why is this?

It is obvious that Marlian Records is just a smokescreen for smokers looking to be in style when you look at the organization, from the boss to the entire unbeatable squad.

The Marlian Fest, which has Naira Marley as the headlining act and label boss, as well as all the other artists on the roster and various affiliates, has also lost its relevance from when it first began.

Less than 500 people attended the Marlian Fest in the past two years, which began with over 4000 people at the Eko Convention center in Lagos.

Due to the over 5-hour show delay in the last edition, many attendees left the stadium before the performance even began.

Only an hour would be left for Zinoleesky to perform for his admirers and have another opportunity to show the world who he is in a different realm.

A label that never wants to improve and would rather seek affiliation with artists who perform at worldwide events.

The manager announced his intention to hold his Marlian Fest in 2021 at the SSE Arena Wembley in London, but the event was cancelled.

Let’s cut the chase guys.

Would Zinoleesky Have Performed Better Had He Been Signed to Olamide’s YBNL Label, Do You Think?

Do you believe Zinoleesky himself is content having his name on the Marlian Record?

Which performance in December would draw in the largest crowd if Asake and Wizkid were to both be on the same day?

I just hope that Asake won’t start thinking that he is now extremely big to start tackling Wizkid because of all the hailing.

I’m really happy Olamide is with him though, because he’ll keep him in line and make sure he doesn’t stray as even he wouldn’t dare choose a date that would conflict with the Wizkid Show date.

Asake yesterday announced his concert, which will take place in December 2022, but he hasn’t yet revealed the precise date.

Unfortunately, many of his followers have been pressuring him to schedule his show for the same day that Wizkid will be hosting his own in an effort to “prove to him who the real boss is.”
