Unbelievable!!! Read What People Say As Burna Boy Called Davido Something

Grammy-winning Nigerian musician Burna Boy, also known as Damini Ogulu, sparked debate on social media when he joked about teammate Davido.

Everything began with a joke from a Davido fan who referred to him as a “ode” for having recently lost four Grammy awards.

Burna Boy responded to a Davido fan who used the DMW boss as his display photo by saying, “Ode, bottled four Grammys,” under a post on Burna Boy’s X handle. Burna Boy said, “The actual joke is in your display pic.”

After the fan switched from Davido to the “African Giant” as his display photo, Burna Boy later removed his comment.

Burna Boy responded to a fan’s effort to ridicule him for removing his comment by saying that he did so because the user had altered his display photo.

“Burna Boy no fit stand on business?” the admirer wrote. Does he fold? “You nor see say baba don change am put my picture?” Burna Boy retorted. “Na me pare joking?”

The artist removed the comment, but it still caused a stir on social media, with many people denouncing it.

View a few of the responses below:

@NuTyrant: “One of the reasons Burna Boy will always be labeled as a New Cat is that his unprovoked shade directed towards Davido is indicative of his immaturity.”

@jah_boi: “Burna Boy’s fans still prefer him to Wiz despite his constant, direct insults to Davido since 2020. This suggests that they aren’t true Davido Stan fans, but rather Wizkid haters.”

“Most Burna fans are hypocrites walai,” said @Owiggy. Just picture, say, that stuff being tweeted by O B O.
