Argentina’s Lionel Messi establishes a New World Cup Record

Lionel Messi, a striker for Paris Saint-Germain, has kicked off his fifth World Cup campaign in impressive fashion.

In their opening group encounter at the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Messi gave Argentina the lead. The Little Magician, as he is affectionately known, became the first Argentinean player in history to score in four straight World Cups ( 2010, 2014, 2018, 2022)

There have been World Cup tournaments held in South Africa, Brazil, Russia, and now Qatar. The hopes of Argentina’s fans are that Messi will perform superbly throughout the competition. In addition, the PSG player will want to win his first World Cup.
