Nigerian chef and restaurateur, Hilda Baci, has conducted a test run with her 6-by-6-meter pot as she eyes the Guinness World Record for the largest pot of Nigerian jollof rice.
In her post, the celebrity chef explained that she aspires to achieve her dream of cooking the largest pot of Nigerian jollof rice.
Just hours later, Hilda carried out a trial run, cooking a jollof rice dish inside the massive pot to test the tools and logistics ahead of the kickoff date.
A video showed her with her team and other individuals actively observing the process.
