Veteran producer and music executive Don Jazzy has revealed the Nigerian singer with the best vocals.
He named his former signee, Wande Coal as having the best vocals in the Nigerian music industry.
The Mavin boss made the claim during an interactive session with fans on X on Wednesday.
A fan had praised Don Jazzy, saying he has the best and most unique voice in the Nigerian music industry. However, in his response, Don Jazzy said that while he agrees he has the most unique voice, Wande Coal has the best.
He wrote, “Most unique I agree, best na Wande [Coal].”
Wande Coal is widely regarded as one of the finest Afrobeats vocalists, with several artists such as Wizkid, Fireboy DML, and Oxlade admitting that he inspired them.
