Same Terrorists Are Killing Christians And Muslims – Shehu Sani

A former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, on Saturday, explained that the same terrorists killing Muslims in Katsina, Borno, and Niger State are the same people killing Christians in Southern Kaduna, Benue, and Plateau States.

Sani said terrorism has no religious affiliation, adding that they are only after their target.

Posting on X, the socio-political activist wrote: “The terrorists killing Muslims in Katsina, Zamfara, Borno, Yobe and Niger are the same terrorists killing Christians in Southern Kaduna, Benue and Plateau States; terrorism has no religious preferences.

“They don’t even spare their members who ‘derail.’ It’s either you are with them or you are a target.”

This is coming after some terrorists murdered residents of some communities in three Local Government Areas in Plateau State on Christmas eve.

Shehu Sani Reacts To Appointment Of 25-year-Old As FERMA Chairman

Former Kaduna lawmaker, Sen Shehu Sani, has applauded the appointment of Imam Ibrahim Kashim-Imam, as the Chairman of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).

In a statement issued last week Friday evening, presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, said the appointee is expected to serve for a renewable term of four (4) years, in accordance with Section 2(3) of the FERMA Amendment Act, 2007.

Reacting in a post via his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday, Sani said there is nothing wrong with the President appointing the 25-year-old to head the federal agency.

The former Kaduna Central Senator said the state of Federal roads in the country shows that those old people appointed over the years have not merited the position they held.

Sani, therefore, counselled that the youths, and young people should learn to rally around the new FERMA chairman.

He said: “There is nothing wrong with appointing a 25-year-old to head FERMA. Just look at the state of Federal roads in the country and ask yourself if those old people appointed over the years merited the position they held. Young people should learn to rally around their own.”
