Popular TikTok sensation, Peller, has bought himself a multi-million-naira mansion worth a staggering N350 million in Lagos.
The 20-year-old content creator made this public during a live chat with fellow influencer Sandra Benede.
According to him, the luxury property is located on Chevron Drive in Lekki.
Sharing the news on his Instagram page, Peller wrote: “Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala.”
The TikTok star disclosed that he intends to officially move into the sprawling residence in October 2025. He expressed deep appreciation to God and his fan base for their unwavering support throughout his journey.
Clarifying how the mansion was financed, Peller explained that his earnings from TikTok were not solely responsible for the purchase. According to him, he also receives substantial financial backing from influential people who prefer to remain anonymous.
“It’s a big place, and I should be moving in around October. People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them,” he said during the live session.

“I believe that with time, he will change” – Jarvis tackles critics dragging Peller

TikTok content creator, Jarvis blasts critics dragging Peller over a video of their public altercation.

It would be recalled that a video that recently surfaced online showed Peller pushing Jarvis into their car.

The incident had sparked mixed reactions and criticisms which prompted Peller to release a statement owning up to his mistake.

Jarvis opined that those giving her advice should advise themselves and their respective families.

She noted that what happened between her and Peller wasn’t physical abuse.

According to her, Peller would change and they’re both still work in progress.

She said …

“Advice your family. I’m not going to hide under the fact that I say I’m a small girl. I’m a small girl but at least I am old enough to take up my responsibilities and know what I want. I know what I want. Now you people are giving this narrative that Pella is beating me. Are you people okay? I’ve been small picking. I don’t know, maybe you people are using Pella’s kind of eye to be looking at me. But hey you, I’m a smorgasbord but I’m not a child. And if a man beats me, or he’s beating me, ah, this is not in 1960, whereby, maybe they’ll say one woman marry, and the husband is beating her, they’ll not tell the lady, don’t leave your man, you stay there, eh, protect, eh, what? Me, I’m not doing that. If it was something like that, I would have left. I’m not capping. If there was something of abusive or we are fighting or it’s hitting me like all those beats, I would have left. There’s no two way about it. My life first, you get. My mental health, my sanity first. Now, abusive means… We all know. And anybody that is going through abusive state. When I mean abusive, you know what I mean by abuse. Like they don’t beat you up, they don’t swear. Or you are going through hell. They don’t use cordless or knife to yama yama you. Please, my body is still clean. I’m still intact, okay? So if you are experiencing that, run for your life. Please, do not stay there. This one is not it, okay? That pushing was not it actually. He’s a no-no, but I believe that he will change. Because me too, if it was before, as he pushed me, I swear to God, I would raise my hand back. But me too, I’m still trying to also control myself and put my hand in my place and also act like a lady. Because I believe this mentality of senior, senior, senior sometimes gets to me and I just want to be… Controlling some time for me. I’m also trying to tackle myself as a lady So you need to I believe with time with this one, you know how to be handling things small small. Maybe I stop Those narrative of, like, I will listen to you or you should tell me what to do. You don’t tell me what to do. Whatever mistake I make, I own up to it and I ensure to correct it. That’s part of life and that’s part of growing. And I’m growing and I’m learning. Okay? So you think that your opinion, your advice is working for me? Bro, it’s not working. Okay? I decide what I want. I know what I want and I go for it. I’m in a relationship not because of you. It’s because I want to. I’m in a relationship with him because I love him. Not because you told me to love him. And most of you are saying because of fame and money. Please. He’s just coming up. We are both coming up. How many fame? Which fame? What fame? Which money? I don’t know that people that have money or that are bigger. So it’s not because of fame and money. And I don’t know which money that they talk about too. Because I don’t know. My problem is that I don’t show off. You get it? But people will not push me to be showing off. And I will not do that. I show off what people want to see. I don’t like making my document be bright. What I have in account. What I don’t have in account. Or be adding values to my account that I don’t have. All those things will be keeping…”

Lagos govt breaks silence, reacts to Peller’s viral ₦36m tax claim, says ‘all earners must pay tax’

The Lagos State Government has reacted to the viral claims by popular TikTok creator, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, that he was issued a N36 million tax bill by the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS).

The Special Adviser to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tax and Revenue, Abdulkabir Ogungbo, said on Tuesday that the LIRS is an independent body responsible for assessing and issuing tax judgments on behalf of the government.

Peller, a 20-year-old influencer who gained popularity in 2024, had expressed outrage during a livestream with singer Peruzzi, alleging that the government asked him to pay N36m in income tax.

He argued that he had only recently come into the limelight and questioned why he should be saddled with such a huge tax bill.

“The task force said I should pay N36m in tax. I swear to Almighty Allah, I don’t have anything. I only came into the limelight last year. Why should I pay N36m? Why will the government take money from me when it has never given me anything, not even TikTok support?” Peller lamented.

In response, Ogungbo said that while he would review the specifics of Peller’s case, taxation remains a civic duty for anyone earning income within Lagos State.

“Anybody who earns legitimately is required by Section 24 of the Nigerian Constitution to declare their income honestly and pay tax. So while the context of the size and quantum of this particular case needs to be properly investigated, the principle remains that anyone earning must remit taxes,” he explained.

Speaking on taxation for digital creators, Ogungbo added that new reforms now cover virtual transactions and digital assets.

“Irrespective of whether you earn physically or virtually, once you reside in Lagos and benefit from the state’s infrastructure, you are expected to pay tax here, unless you can prove you are paying to another jurisdiction, for instance, maybe you’re based outside the country, you have to prove to the authority here that you were paying to the other state or other national. But if your income, which you earn here virtually or online and you stay here, and you want to do something with the Lagos State Government, then you’re bound to remit your tax here.” he said. “But I do not have this particular case on my table for me to determine. Because we have a body (the LIRS) that is autonomous and that is very efficient in what they do. So Let me investigate and revert to you.”

The Special Adviser stressed that the LIRS operates with autonomy and efficiency but promised to engage the agency on Peller’s matter before giving further clarification.

Meanwhile, the LIRS has not officially commented on the TikToker’s criticisms.

Attempts to reach the agency’s Head of Corporate Communications, Monsurat Amasa, on Monday and Tuesday were unsuccessful as calls and messages went unanswered.
