2. DISCOVER YOUR HOBBIES/PASSION

Hobbies are pleasure-inducing or dopamine-pleasing activities done to evoke enjoyment in leisure time. Check yourself, and your surroundings for a particular thing you enjoy doing that brings you immense pleasure. Even as a person busy with workloads from work or school, there must be something you do that brings a smile to your face each time you indulge in it, find it, and do it over and over to induce happiness.


• Passion:

When we talk about passion, it is simply the great love or strong interest we have in something almost to a fault. Passion in this context is a career path or a lifetime interest that certainly makes you feel happy and fulfilled to do it. It is common knowledge that in the course of obeying our parents, one might be studying or might have studied a course totally of our parents’ chosen and not of ours just to please them. Also, our choice might have been altered by the institution of choice, which in the process leaves us unhappy and unfulfilled. It is not late to pursue what you wanted from the onset, it is never too late to cross over from that course to the one you’re passionate about, not too late to learn and build that career path. 3. PRIORITIZE YOURSELF

Now, that’s a flex! Resist the urge to bend easily to people’s demands if it’s at the expense of your happiness and fulfillment.
