Popular Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi-Wellington has sparked conversation after sharing her reaction to an eye-watering discovery.
The actress revealed that she recently came across a single wig priced at £5,000 (over N9.6 million), leaving her shocked.
“In this Nigeria oh. I’m just trying to understand
I saw a wig for £5,000 today. Kilonshele gan gan.” she wrote on her Instagram story on Monday.

Banky W shared an emotional post on Tuesday, November 25, on Instagram to mark their 8th wedding anniversary, and as usual, he didn’t hold back on the poetry.
“8 years down, forever to go.
So much more in love, so much room to grow,” he wrote.
Banky W also revealed that someone once predicted their marriage wouldn’t last, saying, “I give them 6 months” — but according to him, “little did they know… the bond is unbreakable when the cord is 3-fold.”
He ended the tribute by calling Adesua his “wife, baby mama, lover,” adding that their union, established in 2017, has “eternity” as the finish line.
He wrote: “8 years down, forever to go.

“Someone said “I give them 6 months” but little did they know…
“The bond is unbreakable when the cord is 3-fold.

Adesua Etomi, the popular Nollywood actress, has offered new insight into her close bond with her husband, singer and politician Banky W.
The actress declared that growing old with Banky W remains one of her greatest joys and favorite things to do.
The film star made the declaration in a new Instagram post, where she uploaded affectionate photos of the couple and accompanied them with the caption: “One of my favourite things to do is grow old with you.”
Her message drew an emotional response from Banky W, who commented, “Kuku kill me with this love. Love you, Shuga.
“Dunno what I did to deserve this love, but God, please tell me so I can do it again.”
