Afrobeats star, Omah Lay has sent words of wisdom to his followers.
In an Instagram post, he warned them against taking advice from overzealous people.
Instead, he encouraged his followers to practice self-love and truth-seeking.
He wrote:

Avoid over religious people they are dvmb.
Love yourself.
Raise your frequency.
Find the truth, it will set you free.
