Nollywood actress Witney John has publicly accused a man she trusted of removing her name from land documents they allegedly purchased together, sparking reactions online.

She claimed that despite contributing financially to the purchase, the man listed only his name on the receipt, excluding hers entirely.

“The man I trusted and bought land with, when it was time to get the receipt of the land we got together, he put only his name and removed my name. I can’t take this anymore. This is too much for me. I trusted him with everything, and this is what I get in return,” she added tearfully.
The development has since triggered mixed reactions from fans and social media users, with many advising caution in joint investments, particularly involving property and informal agreements.
