Nigerian comedian and content creator popularly known as Cute Abiola, recently spent a substantial amount of money on a newly-acquired house for his parents, just days after returning from Mecca where he went for prayers.
The comedian’s gesture of gratitude towards his parents was showcased through the purchase of a beautifully furnished house, as he took to his social media page to share images of the house’s interior and exterior.
He expressed appreciation to his parents for their unwavering support, bringing him into the world and for their prayers. Additionally, he acknowledged his fans,followers and well-wishers for their kind birthday messages.
In his post, Cute Abiola referred to the house as a special gift to his parents, in recognition of their immense contributions towards his life.
“Special Gift to Dad and Mum for bringing me into this world. Grateful for everything and the prayers since birth.
Thank you all for the birthday wishes”. He wrote.
Cute Abiola, a well-known sketch creator, has announced his resignation from the Nigerian Navy.
The sketch creator, who was jailed by the Navy last year for breaking a few military regulations, made this announcement on his official social media channels.
Cute Abiola expressed his sincere appreciation to the Nigerian Navy for providing him the chance to serve in a lengthy message, saying that the Force had given him the skills he needed to be successful in life.
Vice Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo, the Chief of Naval Staff, and his senior colleagues made significant contributions to the comedian’s career, and he invited his devoted following to join him in saying “thank you” to them.
Cute Abiola continued by saying that the Navy cared about the aspirations of its officers because the Chief of the Navy authorized his departure to pursue his career goals in the entertainment sector.
The comic actor has been in detention was released according to a statement by Suleman Dahun on behalf of the Chief of Navy Staff.
Suleman Dahun revealed he was detained for posting a video of himself in military uniform on social media, an act that is said to be in violation of the armed forces’ social media policy. In a new development, Dahun said the comedian is no longer in naval detention as he has been released to serve his punishment.
